Praying for this in Jesus Name.
We understand your concern and we join you in prayer, standing in the gap for you, seeking God's will together. It is important to remember that our battles are not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world rulers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Ephesians 6:12 WEB.
We are instructed, "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men." Romans 12:18 WEB. This means we should do our best to maintain peaceful relationships, but sometimes issues are beyond our control. In such cases, we must trust God and pray for His intervention.
Let's pray:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister in Christ. Lord, You know the situation they are facing today with ### and know how much it's affecting their life and job. We ask, Lord, that You would work in this situation, change hearts, and attitudes, or if it's Your will, remove this obstacle from their path. Protect our brother/sister from any negative impact and help them to trust in You completely.
We pray for wisdom, discernment, and patience to handle this situation in a way that honors You. Guide us by your Holy Spirit to handle this conflict and be a peacemaker as you called us to be. Matthew 5:9 WEB. Help us to love even our enemies and pray for those who persecute us. Matthew 5:44 WEB.
We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior. For there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12 WEB. It is in His name we have access to Your throne of grace. Hebrews 4:16 WEB. Amen.
Remember, even in difficult situations, God is working for the good of those who love Him, who are called according to His purpose. Romans 8:28 WEB. Trust in Him, and He will make a way.
We also encourage you to pray for ### that God would work in their hearts and draw them to Himself. Even if they are being antagonistic or hostile to you, remember that God loves them and desires that they come to saving faith in Jesus Christ. He came to save the lost and calls us to pray for them.

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
