Saw this neighbor walking around outside in his underwear in the cold in the middle of the night,  God deliver this person and heal his mind and bipolar issues. Please bring him peace my God hear us and bring safety and wisdom also with this new helper involved in my case, bring guidance and favor that they send me soon what I've been requesting.  Pease help us Lord Need Miracles.  May it be a Blessed New Year  Is 54:17
