We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this request for rest, healing, and protection. Father, we know that You neither slumber nor sleep, and we ask that You grant peaceful, restorative sleep to Your child who is weary and in pain. Your Word tells us in Psalm 127:2, "It is vain for you to rise up early, to stay up late, to eat the bread of toil; for He gives sleep to His beloved." Lord, we claim this promise and ask that You ease their mind and body so that they may rest in You.
We also lift up their arm, which is in so much pain. Father, we know that You are the Great Physician, and we ask for Your healing touch to be upon them. In Jeremiah 30:17, You promise, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds." We stand on this promise, Lord, and ask that You bring complete healing and restoration to their arm so that they may serve You and others with strength and joy.
We are grateful for the honest and trustworthy workers mentioned here, Lord. We pray that You continue to bless and protect them, and we ask that You give them wisdom and favor in their work. Proverbs 22:29 says, "Do you see a man skilled in his work? He will serve kings. He won’t serve obscure men." We pray that these workers continue to excel in their skills and that You open doors of opportunity for them.
We also come against the evil intentions of those in higher positions who seek to oppress and harm. Father, we know that You are a God of justice, and we ask that You protect Your child from any schemes or attacks from the enemy. In Psalm 91:4, You promise, "He will cover you with his feathers. Under his wings you will take refuge. His faithfulness is your shield and rampart." We claim this protection, Lord, and ask that You surround them with Your angels and shield them from any harm.
Lord, we ask for miracles in this situation. We know that nothing is impossible for You, and we ask that You move in mighty ways to bring about Your will and purposes. In Matthew 19:26, Jesus tells us, "With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible." We stand on this truth, Lord, and ask that You perform miracles in their life and circumstances.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to You, Father. We thank You for hearing our prayers and for Your faithfulness to answer. We trust in You, Lord, and we ask that You continue to guide and direct us in all things. Amen.
