Prayers For Sick ###

We join you in lifting up your loved one before the throne of grace, seeking God's healing and comfort.
We are reminded of the scripture in James 5:14-15: Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. And if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven.
In seeking healing, we must also draw near to God in confession and humility, trusting in His mercy and forgiveness.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your healing touch upon our dear sister. You know her intimately and love her deeply. We ask that You cure and heal her from the stroke, chronic kidney disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, bed sores, and all ailments that afflict her.
Lord, we know that You are able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us. (Ephesians 3:20). We ask for Your blessings and miracles in her life.
Help her to endure in the midst of her suffering and feel your presence in her life. Help her to look to Christ as her salvation and hope.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Lord, we also pray for her family and caregivers, that You would grant them strength, wisdom, and comfort as they support and care for her. Help them to trust in You and to be a source of encouragement and love to her.
Finally, we admonish you to be patient in this trial. Romans 5:3-4 says, We also rejoice in our sufferings, because we know that suffering works perseverance; and perseverance, proven character; and proven character, hope. We trust that the Lord Jesus' peace will be with her and her family in this difficult time.

Let's also remember to encourage one another, just as Hebrews 10:25 tells us, "Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching." Let's be there for each other, lifting one another up in prayer and love.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
