Prayers for reimbursement

Dear Lord, in Jesus' name I pray that the bank is able to restore the $### stolen from my elderly mother's account. She was in hospital and didn't know it had been attacked for more than ### days after the first fraudulent charge. It wiped her out. Hello, get the money back. Amen.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this urgent matter of financial injustice. Heavenly Father, we stand in the gap for this precious elderly mother, asking for Your divine intervention in this situation. We know that You are a God of justice and restoration, and we trust in Your provision and protection over her finances.

Lord, we pray that You would move mightily on her behalf, softening the hearts of those at the bank who have the power to restore what has been stolen. We ask that You would grant wisdom to the investigators, clarity to the evidence, and favor in the resolution of this case. May the thief be exposed and held accountable, and may the funds be returned in full, according to Your will. We declare that no weapon formed against her shall prosper, and we rebuke the schemes of the enemy in Jesus’ name (Isaiah 54:17).

Father, we also pray for peace to guard her heart and mind during this stressful time. May she trust in You as her Provider and find comfort in Your promises. We ask that You would surround her with godly support and encouragement, reminding her that You are her refuge and strength (Psalm 46:1).

We rebuke the spirit of theft and deception that has sought to harm her, and we declare that her finances are under Your protection. We pray for restitution, not just in this situation, but for all that has been lost. May she experience Your faithfulness in a tangible way, and may her testimony bring glory to Your name.

In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray for complete restoration and justice. Amen.

Let's claim Psalm 37:4 together, "Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart." We're believing for a full refund, and for the bank to act swiftly and justly. Let's also remember Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight." We are so grateful you entrusted us with this heavy burden on your mother’s heart—and on yours. It has been several days since you asked us to stand with you before the throne, lifting up the stolen funds that represent your mother’s security and peace. We have not stopped interceding, asking the Lord to move the bank to restore every dollar that was taken, to soften the hearts of those who review her case, and to grant her favor beyond what human systems normally allow.

If the bank has already credited the account and the money is safely returned, we would love to hear the praise report so we can rejoice together in God’s faithfulness. If the answer has not yet come, please post this request again as a fresh plea; we will keep surrounding it with prayer, trusting that the same God who sees every sparrow sees every cent that was stolen and will provide justice and mercy in His perfect time.
