We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this legal battle that weighs so heavily upon you. The Word of God reminds us in Psalm 34:17-19, "The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all." We stand in agreement with you, believing that the Lord hears your cries and will bring deliverance in this situation.
First, we must address the foundation of our faith—salvation through Jesus Christ alone. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus, we urge you to do so now. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). It is only through Christ that we have access to the Father, and it is in His name that we pray with authority and confidence.
Now, we rebuke the spirit of shame and pain that has sought to cling to you. The enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that you may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). Shame is not of God—He removes our transgressions from us as far as the east is from the west (Psalm 103:12). We command that spirit to leave in the mighty name of Jesus, for you are covered by the blood of Christ, and no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).
We pray for wisdom and favor in your legal battle. Proverbs 21:1 declares, "The king’s heart is in Yahweh’s hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires." We ask that God would move upon the hearts of those in authority, that justice would prevail, and that the outcome would bring glory to His name. Let every lie be exposed, every false accusation be silenced, and every truth be revealed. May the Lord grant you peace that surpasses all understanding as you wait upon Him (Philippians 4:7).
We also lift up your hearts, that you would continue to walk in purity and righteousness. The enemy may seek to discourage you, but remember that your labor in the Lord is not in vain (1 Corinthians 15:58). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). Let your actions reflect the love and grace of God, for you are called to be light in this dark world (Matthew 5:14-16).
Father God, we ask that You surround this family with Your hedge of protection. Strengthen them in their inner being, that they may not grow weary in doing good (Galatians 6:9). Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, guiding their steps and giving them the words to speak in every situation. We declare that this legal battle will not define them but will instead be a testimony of Your faithfulness and power. May they emerge from this trial stronger in their faith, more compassionate toward others, and unwavering in their trust in You.
We pray for unity between them, that they would encourage one another and stand firm together in faith. Let no division or strife take root, but may their bond be strengthened as they seek You together. Remind them daily of Your promises, that You will never leave them nor forsake them (Hebrews 13:5).
Lord, we ask that You would restore what has been stolen and bring healing to every wound. Let Your peace reign in their hearts, and may they experience the fullness of Your joy, even in the midst of this trial. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your unfailing love. In the precious name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
