Prayers for PEACE!

Lord, please We are praying for  P E A C E.   Let all the people come together as one under the guidance from "God" Our Father.   Please let all the bitterness against Trump come to an end.  We pray for all the violence and angry to stop.   Lord, we are praying for love and peace to enter into the hearts of those that are keeping up this nasty mean spirited hatred.  We are asking for these people and leaders to please do some soul searching.  We voted our leaders into office for a short time and we can just as easily vote them back out.   The leaders need to stop this Fear in scaring people that their needs are not being met and they are going to lose their rights.   Lord, we pray for the democratic leaders pull their supporters together to now support our new Pres. Trump. We need to give him a chance and to stop all this bickering with the right side and left side fighting against each other.  It is so sicking.  Lord, please we are praying for Peace in our hearts.   Let their be love and your Blessings upon us.  We need you Lord.  Amen

Holy God and loving Father, I consciously place my fears, worries, anxieties, and burdens in your hands. I know that I have so little power to change the outcome of these events and I trust that you will work what is pleasing to you, and best for me, out of these situations. Forgive me for my anxious thoughts and for letting my own worry become an idol that robs you of my full trust. Strengthen and empower me to trust you more by the power and presence of your Spirit.
