Prayers for peace and forgiveness

Please pray for me and my family to stop fighting and for me to stop drinking alcohol.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You with hearts burdened by conflict and the weight of addiction. Lord, we lift up ### and the family, asking for Your divine intervention in their lives. Your Word says in Philippians 4:7, "And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." We pray for this peace to envelop ###'s family, dissolving any strife and bringing harmony and understanding.

Father, we also ask for strength and deliverance from the chains of alcohol addiction. Your Word reminds us in 1 Corinthians 10:13, "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it." Lord, provide ### with the strength and the way to overcome this struggle.

Help ### to find forgiveness within the family and to extend it to others, as Colossians 3:13 instructs, "bearing with one another, and forgiving each other, if any man has a complaint against any; even as Christ forgave you, so you also do." May Your love and grace flow freely in their hearts, mending wounds and fostering reconciliation.

We pray all of this in the mighty and precious name of Jesus. Amen.
