Prayers for myself, my daughter and my daughter's father

Prayers for myself, my daughter and my daughter's father as we are battling child visitation (out of court)right now. I am very stressed and I have my reasoning as he has been very neglectful for nearly her whole 2 1/2 years of life. He smokes Marijuana on a daily. So I do not let him take her. He visits her here at my house and now that we are not agreeing on certain things, he wants to take her on his own.
