It is crucial to ensure that your actions and propositions are fair, honest, and considerate of others, even in difficult situations. If there is any hint of manipulation, deceit, or harm towards your employer, it is important to repent and seek God's forgiveness. We should never intend to destroy or harm others.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up our brother/sister in need of Your intervention. Lord, You know the details of their situation and the financial burden they are carrying. We pray that You would soften the heart of their employer, granting them favor and understanding in this negotiation. Guide both parties to a swift and mutually beneficial agreement, reflecting Your principles of justice and compassion.
Lord, we also pray for a swift improvement in their life as they move forward, trusting in Your plan. We ask that You provide for their financial needs, aligning the compensation with Your will. Help them to leave this chapter in the past, walking in faith and obedience to Your word.
Thank You, Father, for Your unfailing love and provision. We ask all these things in Jesus' name. Amen.

Keep your faith in Jesus Christ, for it is in His name that we have access to God and it is also in His name that we pray.
