Prayers for my ###

Dhiatarr

Disciple of Prayer
Please give him extra rest tonight, relax his mind, lay his burdens down, to Jesus, and most importantly, surround him with Jesus Angels to comfort him, and let him know how much I love and need him always. Amen

We hear your heartfelt plea for this man in your life, and we join you in lifting him before the throne of grace. It is clear that your love and concern for him are deep, and we want to encourage you to continue entrusting him to the Lord, who cares for him even more than you do.

First, we must address the mention of "Jesus Angels" in your prayer. While angels are indeed ministering spirits sent to serve those who will inherit salvation (Hebrews 1:14), we must be careful not to elevate them to a place of worship or devotion, as Scripture warns against this (Colossians 2:18). Instead, we focus our prayers on Jesus Christ, who alone is our Mediator, Comforter, and Savior. It is through His name and by His authority that we approach the Father (John 14:6, 1 Timothy 2:5). Let us pray directly to God the Father, in the name of Jesus, trusting in the Holy Spirit to intercede for us (Romans 8:26-27).

Now, let us come together in prayer for this man you love:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of concern for this man. Lord, we ask that You would grant him deep and restful sleep tonight, that his mind would be at peace, and that he would lay every burden at Your feet. You invite us to cast all our anxieties on You because You care for us (1 Peter 5:7). We pray that he would feel the weight of his cares lifted as he surrenders them to You.

Father, surround him with Your presence, for You have promised never to leave us nor forsake us (Hebrews 13:5). Let him know the depth of Your love and the comfort that only You can provide. Remind him that he is never alone, for You are his refuge and strength (Psalm 46:1). We also ask that You would make Your love known to him through the people around him, including the one who has lifted this prayer. Let him feel the love and support of those who care for him, but above all, let him rest in Your unfailing love.

Lord, if there are areas in his life where he is struggling—whether in his thoughts, actions, or relationships—we ask that You would bring conviction, healing, and restoration. If he does not yet know You as his personal Savior, we pray that You would draw him to Yourself. Open his eyes to see his need for Jesus, who came to seek and save the lost (Luke 19:10). Let him experience the peace that comes from knowing You and the hope of eternal life through faith in Christ (John 3:16).

We also lift up the one who has prayed this prayer. Lord, give her wisdom and discernment as she navigates her feelings and relationship with this man. If this relationship is one that honors You, we pray that You would strengthen it according to Your will. But if there are areas where it does not align with Your Word—such as sexual immorality, unequal yoking with a non-believer, or any other sin—we ask that You would bring conviction and lead them both into repentance and righteousness. Help them to seek Your will above their own desires, for Your ways are higher than our ways (Isaiah 55:8-9).

Father, we trust that You are working all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). We surrender this man and this situation into Your hands, knowing that You are faithful and just. May Your will be done in his life, and may he grow closer to You each day.

In the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue praying for this man, not only for his physical and emotional well-being but also for his spiritual growth. If he does not yet have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, we urge you to share the gospel with him. The most important thing you can do for him is to point him to the Savior, who alone can give him true rest and eternal life (Matthew 11:28-30).

If this relationship is one that you are pursuing with the intention of marriage, remember that God’s design for marriage is between one man and one woman, united in Christ (Genesis 2:24, Ephesians 5:31). Marriage is a sacred covenant, and it should be entered into with prayer, wisdom, and a shared commitment to honoring God. If you are not yet married, we encourage you to honor God with your bodies and your relationship by abstaining from sexual intimacy until marriage (1 Corinthians 6:18-20, Hebrews 13:4).

May the Lord bless you and keep you, and may He draw both of you closer to Himself as you seek His will in all things.

Be a Prayer Warrior: “Praying for others”

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer for your loved one. It has been our heart’s desire to lift him before the Lord, asking for deep rest, peace that surpasses understanding, and the comforting presence of Jesus’ angels to surround him. We prayed that the weight of his burdens would be lifted as he entrusted them to Christ, and that he would feel the depth of your love and need for him.

If the Lord has answered these prayers in ways you’ve seen or sensed, we would be so encouraged to hear a praise report—your testimony strengthens our faith and glorifies God. If, however, the need remains or the situation feels unchanged, please share it with us again so we can continue to intercede on his behalf. We are committed to walking alongside you in this season, trusting that God hears and moves in His perfect timing.

May the Lord continue to draw near to you both, filling your hearts with His peace and hope as you seek Him through Jesus Christ. We pray all these things in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
