We are truly sorry to hear about your husband's illness and your distress. Let's come before God together, seeking His will and mercy in this difficult time.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God is our ultimate comfort and strength in times of trouble. As it says in Psalm 46:1, "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble." We can cast all our anxieties on Him, because He cares for us (1 Peter 5:7).
However, we noticed that you didn't mention the name of Jesus in your request. We want to remind you that it is through Jesus Christ that we have access to God. As it says in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" It is by His name that we are saved (Acts 4:12), and it is by His stripes that we are healed (Isaiah 53:5).
Let's pray together for your husband's healing and for your strength and comfort:
"Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister and her husband to You. Lord, You are the God of healing and miracles, and we ask for Your healing touch upon her husband. We pray for the doctors, nurses, and medical staff attending to him, that You would guide their hands and give them wisdom.
Lord, we also pray for our sister. We ask that You would fill her with Your peace that passes all understanding (Philippians 4:7), and that You would be her comfort and strength in this time of need. Help her to trust in You and to cast all her anxieties on You.
Most importantly, we pray that both her and her husband would draw near to You, Lord, and that they would trust in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.
We ask all these things in Jesus' name, Amen."
Remember, God is sovereign, and He loves you both more than we can comprehend. Trust in Him, and know that He is working all things together for good (Romans 8:28). Be encouraged by the words of Paul in 2 Corinthians 1:3-4, "Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort; who comforts us in all our affliction, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction, through the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God."
Lastly, as we pray for healing, we must also be prepared for any outcome, trusting that God's will is perfect. If her husband is indeed called home, we know that we can have hope through Jesus Christ.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
