Prayers for my supervisor to start paying me correctly

So I believe my manager is not paying me the correct amount of money on my paychecks. I worked 50 hours or more last week and she didn't pay me for the overtime I worked hard for. Even when I ask her to send my check stubs she doesn't do it so something is not right. I want the Lord to convict her and make her fix the problem immediately please I work so hard for her and it really bothers me that she is not paying me correctly. I want this fixed in Jesus name Amen

The Bible is clear that workers deserve their wages, and withholding what is rightfully earned is not pleasing to God. Scripture tells us in James 5:4, "Behold, the wages of the laborers who mowed your fields, which you have kept back by fraud, cry out, and the cries of those who reaped have entered into the ears of the Lord of Armies." The Lord hears the cries of those who are treated unjustly, and He will act on behalf of the oppressed.

While it is right to seek what is owed to you, it is important to address this matter with patience and a spirit of gentleness, trusting that God will work in the heart of your supervisor. We encourage you to continue seeking clarity and documentation, as you have already begun to do, and to pray for wisdom in how to communicate your concerns effectively.

Let us pray together for this situation:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation to You. Lord, we ask that You would convict the heart of this supervisor and open her eyes to the injustice that is taking place. We pray that You would soften her heart and move her to correct this error immediately, ensuring that this dear one is paid fairly for the work they have done. Father, we ask for Your protection over their livelihood and for Your provision to meet every need. Give them wisdom and discernment in how to address this matter, and grant them peace as they wait on You to move. We trust in Your justice, Lord, and we ask that You would bring resolution to this situation according to Your will. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We also want to encourage you to seek godly counsel if this matter continues unresolved. It may be necessary to involve higher authorities or legal avenues to ensure fairness, and there is no shame in doing so. The Lord is a God of justice, and He calls us to stand firm in what is right. Continue to trust in Him, and know that He sees your hard work and your struggle. He will not abandon you.

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
