Please pray for my family and especially for all of the children in our home. We are going through a very stressful and frightening situation after allegations were made concerning the care of one of the children in our household. There is now a possibility that child services may become involved. I ask for prayers that God places His protection over our home and every child and adult living here. Please pray that the truth is seen clearly, that any misunderstandings or false allegations are cleared up quickly, and that anyone who comes into our home can see that these children are loved, fed, clothed, have beds to sleep in, and are deeply cared for. Please pray that God gives us the wisdom and strength to address any genuine safety concerns that need attention and helps us make our home as safe as possible for all of the children. Lord Jesus, please walk into this situation before we do. Be with us through every conversation, every decision, and every person who may become involved. Give us peace instead of fear and guide us in doing everything that needs to be done. Please protect our children and our family, and if an investigation or case does begin, I pray that the truth comes to light and that it is resolved quickly and favorably. I trust that God is with us even when I am scared. Jesus, please cover this family with Your protection, peace, wisdom, and grace. Let truth prevail and bring us safely through this. We join you in prayer in this very stressful and frightening time and we thank you for bringing your family and every child in your home before the Lord so honestly. We hear your fear and your love for these children and we stand with you asking for God's protection, truth, and peace to rule in your home.

The Word reminds us that children are a precious trust from the Lord, for behold, children are a heritage of Yahweh, the fruit of the womb is his reward Psalm 127:3. God sees every child in your home, He knows their needs, and He is their true defender. We also cling to the promise that he who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty Psalm 91:1 and that perfect truth and justice belong to Him, for truth's lips will be established forever Proverbs 12:19. We pray that whatever is true will be made clear to all who are involved.

We are encouraged by your humble prayer that God would give you wisdom and strength to address any genuine safety concerns and help you make your home as safe as possible. That is a godly and right heart before Him. If there are areas where improvement is needed, even small ones, the Lord calls us to receive correction with humility and to act diligently for the good of the children entrusted to us. If any misunderstanding or false allegation has been made, we pray the Lord will make that clear as well, and that everyone who enters your home will see with clear eyes that these children are loved, fed, clothed, have beds to sleep in, and are deeply cared for. We encourage you to walk in complete honesty and transparency through every conversation and every visit, to cooperate respectfully with those in authority, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God Romans 13:1, and to seek wise, godly counsel and appropriate help to ensure your home fully reflects the care and safety God requires of those who steward children.

We also pray for your peace, for God has not given us a spirit of fear but has called us to cast all our worries on him, because he cares for us 1 Peter 5:7. Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God Philippians 4:6. And we remember His promise, do not be afraid, for I am with you, do not be dismayed, for I am your God, I will strengthen you, yes, I will help you, yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, Your Son, through whom we have access to Your throne of grace. Lord, we lift this entire family and every child and adult living in this home to You. Place Your hand of protection over this household and over each child by name. Let no harm come to them and let Your presence fill every room with peace instead of fear. Lord Jesus, walk into this situation before they do, be with them through every conversation, every decision, and every person who may become involved, including any social workers or investigators. Give those individuals discernment, fairness, and eyes to see the truth clearly. If there have been misunderstandings or false allegations, we ask You to clear them quickly. If there are genuine safety concerns that need attention, give this family humility, wisdom, and strength to see them and to correct them fully. Grant wisdom liberally as You have promised, for if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him James 1:5. Help them to trust in You with all their heart and not lean on their own understanding, and to acknowledge You in all their ways so that You will direct their paths Proverbs 3:5-6. Give them a peace that surpasses all understanding to guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:7. We ask that truth would prevail, that this matter would be resolved quickly and favorably according to Your will, and that You would bring this family safely through this trial and make their home a place of safety, love, and godliness that honors You. We trust that You are with them even when they are scared and that You will work all things together for good for those who love You Romans 8:28. We ask all of this in the mighty and merciful name of Jesus Christ, our only hope and Savior, Amen.

Your heavy burden has been laid before the throne of grace and we have carried you and every child and adult in your home to the Lord in prayer.

We pray that the God of all peace will keep you in perfect peace as your mind is stayed upon Him, because you trust in Him. In this dark world of sin the blood of Jesus whispers peace within, and that peace is a present possession which may be enjoyed even when sorrows are surging round and when duties press and fears abound. We ask the Prince of Peace to give you not the false peace which cries peace, peace where there is no peace, but the solid and abiding peace which is founded upon eternal truth and guaranteed by the God of holiness, the peace which Jesus bought with His blood and which the Holy Spirit works in the soul.

We have asked the Lord to place His hand of protection over your home and over every child entrusted to your care. We pray that truth, which is according to His Word, will prevail and be clearly seen by all who enter your home and by all who must make judgments concerning it. We pray that what is true will be established, that any misunderstanding or false allegation will be cleared up quickly, and that the love and care with which these children are fed and clothed and housed will be plain to all.

And we pray also that the Lord will give you wisdom and strength and a humble heart to see and to address any genuine safety concern that does need attention. It is well to know the truth of God and to remember it when it is most needed, and to submit ourselves to His will and to walk in practical truth with actions consistent and straightforward. If there is anything that ought to be made safer or better for the children, may the Lord show it to you plainly and help you to do it thoroughly and at once, so that your home may be as safe as faithful love and diligence can make it.

We ask that Jesus Himself will go before you into every conversation, every decision, and every meeting with those in authority. Fear not man, for the Lord reigns, and Jesus is on the throne, and though your future is unknown, Jesus you know. May He take from you the spirit of fear and give you instead a sound mind, a calm spirit, and faith that trusts Him in the storm as well as in the calm.

We pray that if an investigation or case does proceed, it will be conducted justly, that truth will come to light without delay, and that it will be resolved in a way that truly protects the children and upholds what is right. May the Lord grant you grace to cooperate with what is required, to speak the truth in love, and to rest in His keeping, for in His keeping you and your loved ones are safe.

O Lord our God, look upon this family in mercy. Cover them with Your protection, fill them with Your peace which passes all understanding, grant them wisdom and grace for each step, and let Your truth and Your mercy meet over this home. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, the only name whereby we can be saved and the only mediator through whom peace with God is preached and obtained. Amen.
