Prayers for mental health and ### repairs

I am so worried about my hvac system and what to do, who to trust, and so on. I have a repairman coming today, and I worry there is a major issue, or that the person won't know or do the right thing. I have worried myself sick. I can't sleep or eat. I just worry. I try to give my fears to God and trust. My brain just won't stop. Lord, I pray for help. Please Lord help me!!!
