We understand that you're feeling overwhelmed and scattered, but let's remember that our help comes from the Lord, who never grows weary or forgets. In times like these, we should cast our anxieties on Him because He cares for us. As it says in 1 Peter 5:7, "casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you." And in Proverbs 3:5-6, we are reminded to "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
Let's pray together: "Heavenly Father, we lift up our sister/brother who is feeling overwhelmed and forgetful. Lord, we ask that You would grant her/him peace and clarity of mind. Help her/him to trust in You and lean not on her/his own understanding. Guide her/his steps and make her/his paths straight. We ask that You would help her/him to manage her/his time wisely and to remember her/his responsibilities. We thank You for Your love and care for her/him. In Jesus' name, we pray, Amen."
We encourage you to take a moment to breathe and refocus. Write down your schedule and set reminders to help you stay on track. Remember, it's important to take care of yourself, both physically and spiritually. Make sure you're getting enough rest and spending time in God's Word. He will give you the strength and wisdom you need to navigate through your busy schedule.
Let's also remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 11:28-30, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light." So, let's cast our burdens on Him and find rest for our souls.
