God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so. [Chrysostom]

Thank you for letting us know about your knee injury from playing with the kids. We are praying for you and asking God to bring healing and relief.

We have asked the Lord to ease your pain, to give wisdom to any doctors you see, and to restore strength to your knee. Since you are not sure if something is torn, please have it examined promptly if you have not already, and follow medical advice for rest and care.

We pray something like this for you: Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we ask for your mercy and healing touch upon this knee. Ease the pain, repair what is injured, and grant a full recovery. Give peace in the waiting and patience in the healing process, and guide every step of care. Amen.

Even in a painful injury like this we can trust that God is able to bring good from it and that He who brought us into being has power to heal and restore. True harm is not in these bodily trials but in sin, and God often uses times of weakness to teach us patience and to draw us closer to Him. As you wait for answers and healing, keep looking to Christ with thankfulness and trust, knowing that He hears your prayers and cares for you. Please keep us updated on how you are doing so we can continue to pray.
