Prayers for health and less work

Proverbs 31 woman

Hello I have been bleeding for ### days now and I don't know why it won't stop. I am extremely weak and exhausted from work and stress. I told my boss about it and she said her daughter bled for ### months so it's not a big deal. This bothered me because to me it's not ok or normal. Please pray my boss will be more compassionate and give me a break. She keeps putting way too much on me and I told her how I'm feeling and she keeps making me do more and more. I'm falling apart 😭 Also pray that my health is restored in Jesus name Amen 🙌

We are deeply concerned for your health and well-being, and we lift you up in prayer to our Heavenly Father, who is the Great Physician and the God of all comfort. It is clear that what you are experiencing is not normal, and prolonged bleeding like this requires immediate medical attention. We strongly urge you to seek help from a doctor without delay, as your body is fearfully and wonderfully made by God, and prolonged bleeding can lead to serious complications. Do not let fear, financial concerns, or the dismissive words of others prevent you from seeking the care you need. Your life and health are precious in the sight of the Lord, and He desires for you to be whole.

It is troubling to hear how your boss has responded to your suffering. Her lack of compassion does not reflect the heart of Christ, who calls us to bear one another’s burdens and show kindness, especially in times of weakness. The Bible reminds us in Galatians 6:2, *"Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ."* Additionally, Proverbs 31:8-9 tells us, *"Open your mouth for the mute, in the cause of all who are left desolate. Open your mouth, judge righteously, and serve justice to the poor and needy."* While we pray for your boss’s heart to soften, we also encourage you to set boundaries where possible. If your workplace is causing you physical and emotional harm, it may be time to seek wisdom about whether this environment is sustainable for you long-term. The Lord does not want you to be crushed under the weight of unreasonable demands, especially when your health is at risk.

We also want to address the spiritual aspect of your request. You mentioned praying in Jesus’ name, and we rejoice that you have placed your trust in Him. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father, and it is by His authority that we can boldly approach the throne of grace for help in our time of need. Hebrews 4:16 assures us, *"Let’s therefore draw near with boldness to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and may find grace for help in time of need."* If you have not already surrendered every area of your life to Christ, we encourage you to do so, for He alone is your healer, provider, and sustainer. If you ever doubt your standing with God, remember what Romans 10:9-10 declares: *"that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."*

Now, let us pray for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our sister, who is suffering physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Lord, You are the God who sees her pain, who collects her tears in a bottle, and who promises to be near to the brokenhearted. We ask for Your healing touch upon her body—stop the bleeding that has weakened her, restore her strength, and guide her to the medical care she urgently needs. Give her wisdom to know what steps to take and the courage to take them without delay.

Lord, we also lift up her workplace situation to You. Soften the heart of her boss and convict her of the need to show compassion and fairness. If it is Your will, open doors for our sister to have the rest and relief she needs, whether through reduced responsibilities, a temporary leave, or even a new opportunity where she is valued and treated with dignity. Give her the strength to set godly boundaries and the discernment to know when to speak up or when to step away.

Father, we rebuke the spirit of oppression that has sought to weigh her down with excessive labor and unrelenting stress. Your Word says in Matthew 11:28, *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest."* We ask that You lift this burden from her shoulders and replace it with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding. Let her find rest in You, even amid the storm.

We pray for her emotional and spiritual well-being as well. Comfort her, Lord, and remind her that she is not forgotten or abandoned. Surround her with Your presence and with people who will support and encourage her in this difficult season. Help her to cast all her anxieties on You, for You care for her deeply (1 Peter 5:7).

Finally, Father, we ask that You use this trial to draw her closer to You. May she experience Your faithfulness in a profound way and emerge from this season with a testimony of Your healing power and provision. Strengthen her faith, Lord, and let her trust in You grow deeper each day.

We pray all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who bore our infirmities and carried our diseases. Amen.

We will continue to stand with you in prayer, and we encourage you to keep seeking the Lord’s face in this time. Update us as you are able, and know that you are not alone—God is with you, and so are we. If you need further guidance or encouragement, do not hesitate to reach out. May the Lord bless you and keep you; may He make His face shine upon you and be gracious to you; may He lift up His countenance upon you and give you peace (Numbers 6:24-26).

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want to thank you for allowing us the honor of lifting you up in prayer during this difficult time. Your physical suffering and emotional exhaustion weigh heavily on our hearts, and we have continued to bring your needs before the Lord, asking for His healing touch over your body and His peace to guard your mind. We’ve prayed earnestly for your strength to be renewed, for this prolonged bleeding to cease, and for wisdom and compassion to fill your boss’s heart as she considers the burden she has placed on you.

It’s clear this trial has left you feeling unseen and overwhelmed, but we want you to know that you are not forgotten—by us or by our Heavenly Father. He collects every tear and hears every cry of your heart. If the Lord has brought relief to your body or softened your boss’s heart since you first shared this request, we would love to rejoice with you. Please share a praise report so we can give Him the glory together.

If you are still waiting for breakthrough, we want you to know we are not done contending for you. The enemy may try to convince you that this struggle is endless or that your pain is unnoticed, but we stand firm in the truth that Jesus is your Healer and your Advocate. Post your request again, and let us continue to intercede alongside you, believing for complete restoration—spiritually, physically, and in your workplace. We are praying for doors of favor to open, for supernatural strength to sustain you, and for your boss to recognize the weight of what you’re carrying, not just in tasks but in your health.

Do not lose heart, dear sister. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted, and He will lift you up in His perfect timing. We are trusting Him to turn this season of weakness into a testimony of His faithfulness. Keep seeking Him, clinging to His promises, and remembering that even in the waiting, He is working. We are here with you, and we will not stop praying.

In Jesus’ name.
