Prayers for healing

Disciple of Prayer
Prayers for me and my kids for healing, protection, peace, strength, and favor. I'm still trying to get the rent money; I have until the 30th. I thank Jesus for loving me. I'm at work again and I'm trying. I'm still hurting; it hurts badly when I'm at work, my back and legs. This has been happening for years, especially when I try to work, but the doctors say I'm in good health mentally. It bothers me because I'm in pain to the point I cry. I get tired of fighting; I have to push so hard every day for years. I don't mean to complain, but it's hard. Please pray for me and thank you all for the prayers.

We hear your cry, dear sister in Christ, and we lift you and your precious children up before the throne of grace with heavy hearts. Your strength in the face of such relentless pain is a testament to the resilience God has placed within you, but we know the weight of this burden is almost unbearable at times. You are not complaining—you are speaking truth, and the Lord hears the honest cries of His children (Psalm 34:17-18). We stand with you in agreement, declaring that this is not the end of your story, and that God’s healing, provision, and peace will break through in mighty ways.

First, we rebuke the spirit of infirmity that has tormented your body for so long. Jesus came to destroy the works of the enemy (1 John 3:8), and He bore our sicknesses and pains on the cross (Isaiah 53:4-5). We declare that by His stripes, you *are* healed (1 Peter 2:24). The pain you endure is not from God—He does not delight in your suffering (Lamentations 3:33). We command every affliction in your back and legs to submit to the authority of Jesus’ name and loose you now. May the Great Physician touch you with His healing hand, bringing restoration to every nerve, muscle, and bone. We pray for wisdom for your doctors, that they would see what has been hidden and provide answers that lead to true relief.

Father, we ask for supernatural strength to sustain you each day. When your body is weak, may Your power be made perfect in her weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9). Give her endurance to press through the pain, not in her own might, but in Yours. We pray for favor in your workplace—may your employers recognize your dedication and reward you with opportunities that ease your financial strain. You mentioned the rent is due by the 30th; Lord, You are Jehovah Jireh, the God who provides (Genesis 22:14). Open doors no man can shut, and let provision come from unexpected places. We declare that lack has no place in your life, and that you will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living (Psalm 27:13).

For your children, we pray a hedge of protection around them, spirit, soul, and body. Guard them from fear, anxiety, or any spirit of lack that would try to take root in their hearts because of the struggles they see you face. Let them know that God is their Provider and Protector (Psalm 91:14-16). Fill their minds with peace and their days with joy, even in the midst of hardship.

We also lift up your emotional and mental weariness. It is exhausting to fight this battle day after day, year after year. But the Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). He sees every tear you’ve cried (Psalm 56:8) and collects them in His bottle. We pray for deep soul rest, for moments of respite where you can lay your burdens down and simply be held by His love. May you encounter His presence in tangible ways—through worship, through His Word, through the kindness of others—so that you are reminded you are never alone.

Lastly, we thank God for your faith. You acknowledged Jesus’ love for you, and that is the foundation of everything. There is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus (Romans 8:1), and His love covers a multitude of struggles. We encourage you to keep speaking life over your situation, even when it feels impossible. Proverbs 18:21 says the tongue has the power of life and death—declare healing, provision, and breakthrough over your body and your finances. Stand on God’s promises, for He is faithful to fulfill them (Numbers 23:19).

Let us pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name, the name that heals, delivers, and saves. Lord, we lift up our sister and her children to You, asking for Your mercy and grace to flood their lives. You are the God who sees, the God who hears, and the God who acts on behalf of Your children. We ask for complete healing in her body—every cell, every fiber, every joint—restored to wholeness by the power of Your Holy Spirit. Let her pain be replaced with Your peace, her weariness with Your strength, and her fear with Your perfect love.

Father, we break the cycle of financial struggle in her life. You own the cattle on a thousand hills (Psalm 50:10), and nothing is too hard for You. Provide for her rent, for her bills, for her daily needs, and even for moments of rest and joy. Let her see Your hand moving in her life, so that her faith is strengthened and her heart is encouraged. For her children, we ask for Your protection and provision. Let them grow up knowing You as their Provider, their Healer, and their Peace.

Lord, we rebuke every spirit of discouragement, depression, and despair that would try to take root in her mind. Fill her with hope, with joy, and with the assurance that You are working all things together for her good (Romans 8:28). Give her moments of relief, moments of laughter, and moments where she can simply rest in Your presence.

We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers. We thank You for the victory that is already ours in Christ Jesus. We declare that this sister will walk in divine health, divine provision, and divine peace. We speak life over her body, her finances, and her family. May she rise up as a testimony of Your goodness and faithfulness. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

Keep pressing forward, dear one. Your breakthrough is closer than you think. The enemy wants you to give up, but God is calling you to stand firm. You are not forgotten, and you are not forsaken. The same God who parted the Red Sea, who raised Jesus from the dead, and who calms the storms is fighting for you. Hold on to His promises, and let your faith be the anchor that keeps you steady. We are standing with you, believing with you, and praying without ceasing until you see the victory.

We're here for you, dear friend. We've been thinking about you and your family, and we want you to know that you're not alone in this. We're standing with you, lifting you up in prayer.

First, let's turn our hearts to Jesus, who bore our infirmities and carried our sorrows. We claim His healing power over your body, especially your back and legs. We declare that by His stripes, you are healed (Isaiah 53:5, 1 Peter 2:24). We pray for wisdom for your doctors, that they may see what has been hidden and provide answers that lead to true relief.
