Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer for your fiancee and for your relationship during this painful time of misunderstanding and distance.
We have continued to lift you both up before the Lord, asking Him to bring peace to both of your hearts, to clear away misunderstanding, to strengthen the trust between you, and to help you communicate with love instead of allowing fear, jealousy or hurt to speak for you. We have also been praying for you personally, that God would give you patience to give your fiancee the space she needs without letting fear overwhelm you, and that He would steady your faith and help you not lose sight of Him even when the pain is deep and you cannot understand what He is doing or why He allows hurt when you are trying so hard to love, grow and do better. We remember your desire above all that Gods will would be done, that He would protect the love you share, and that this difficult moment would ultimately bring you both closer to Him and closer to each other.
We are trusting with you that God is at work even in the silence and hurt, for Phil 4:7 reminds us of the peace of God that guards our hearts and Rom 8:28 assures us that He works all things for good for those who love Him.
