Beloved of All
Prayer to feel connected to the things God desires me to be connected to. The other day I had sex with someone I had perceived in my heart was not going anywhere. I had spent a month being celibate and during that time God increased my spiritual gifting and connection I felt towards others, and happiness. I was feeling a bit lonely though. I am now debating if we where married would this be happening, or if I even want to marry him. Im asking about marriage but he is not responding. There is another guy that lives close to me I was with in my early twenties. He is one out if two of the only men's thats ever gotten me pregnant, back then and im wondering if I should start hanging out with him, be with him, he dies talk about marriage and children he's not totally opposed. Im not sure if its just him being charming but this is more than the other guy. I would just like wisdom to kniw what to do and Gods will be done in my life. That i get and operate in all spiritual gifts. To hear Gods voice clearly and He speaks in a way I know and understand. Also healing of any aches, pains and stomach. To feel connection with others. For my calling and purpose. Also that I get an iPhone for Christmas so I can make YouTube videos. To see as God sees. Thank you for praying. God bless you. 🧡💛💚

Worldly Marriages
Choosing wealth or status over character in marriage brings lifelong regret and suffering.
The Choice of a Wife
Choosing a wife wisely means seeking divine guidance to avoid lifelong regret and sorrow.
From Death to Life
God controls life and death, so trust Him in every trial and find hope in His power to restore.
We have heard your heart and we join with you in seeking God's will for your life, for true happiness and for connection to the things God desires you to be connected to. We rejoice with you that during your month of celibacy you felt an increase in spiritual gifting and connection to others and happiness, for this shows how God honors obedience and how His presence brings joy. You said in His presence is fullness of joy and at His right hand there are pleasures forevermore Psalm 16:11, and when we walk in His ways He draws near to us.

We must lovingly rebuke and correct what happened after that time, because you shared that you had sex with someone you perceived in your heart was not going anywhere. The Bible calls sex outside of marriage fornication and it is sin against God and against your own body. Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body 1 Corinthians 6:18. Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the bed be undefiled, but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers Hebrews 13:4. This is the will of God, your sanctification, that you abstain from sexual immorality, that each one of you know how to control his own body in sanctification and honor 1 Thessalonians 4:3-4. We understand you felt lonely, but loneliness is not a reason to give yourself in this way, and it will not bring the lasting connection and happiness you long for. It will instead cloud your ability to hear God's voice clearly and to operate in the spiritual gifts He wants to give you. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness 1 John 1:9, and we encourage you to repent before the Lord for this and to recommit to purity until marriage.

We also want to speak carefully about these two relationships. You are debating marriage with the man you were recently with, yet he is not responding when you ask about marriage. That lack of response is important. A godly man who is seeking a lifelong marriage covenant will not be vague or silent about marriage, he will lead with clarity and honor. And regarding the other man from your early twenties who got you pregnant in the past and who lives close to you now, we hear that he talks about marriage and children and is not totally opposed, and that this seems like more than the other man offers, but being charming and not totally opposed is not the biblical standard for a husband. We believe in the sanctity of marriage as a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman, and we encourage courtship with the goal of marriage to another Christian believer, not simply a boyfriend or partner for companionship or for sexual intimacy. Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers 2 Corinthians 6:14. We encourage you not to start hanging out with him to be with him sexually or to test the relationship through intimacy, but to guard your heart for above all else, guard your heart, for out of it are the issues of life Proverbs 4:23. If either man is not a committed follower of Jesus who desires to honor God in purity and in marriage, he is not the one God has for you.

You asked for wisdom to know what to do and for God's will to be done, and that is a beautiful prayer. If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him James 1:5. Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight Proverbs 3:5-6. Your calling and purpose and the desire to see as God sees and to hear His voice clearly are answered as you delight yourself in Yahweh and as you stay in His Word, for Your word is a lamp to my feet, and a light for my path Psalm 119:105. God says I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you shall go. I will counsel you with my eye on you Psalm 32:8. For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future Jeremiah 29:11. The way to operate in all spiritual gifts is not by seeking the gifts themselves first, but by seeking the Giver and walking in holiness and love, for gifts are given by the Spirit as He wills for the building up of others 1 Corinthians 12:7.

We also lift up your physical needs, the aches and pains and stomach issues, and pray for healing, for by His wounds we are healed Isaiah 53:5. And we bring before the Lord your desire for an iPhone for Christmas to make videos. God cares about the desires of your heart, yet we encourage you to seek first God's Kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well Matthew 6:33, and to delight yourself also in Yahweh, and He will give you the desires of your heart Psalm 37:4, as you trust His provision and timing and use what you have for His glory.

We noticed your request speaks of God but does not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we must speak about this because it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved Romans 10:9. It is through faith in Jesus that our sins are forgiven, that we become children of God, and that our prayers are heard. We encourage you to place your full trust in Jesus as Savior and Lord if you have not already, and to come to the Father in His name.

So together we pray. Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and we thank You for this dear one who longs to be connected to what You desire and to walk in happiness and purpose. We ask for Your forgiveness where there has been sexual immorality, cleanse her and restore her joy and make her pure again in Your sight, help her to walk in celibacy and holiness until You join her in godly marriage if it is Your will. Give her wisdom that is from above, clear direction about both of these men, and close every door that is not from You and open the door to a godly husband who loves You first and will love her as Christ loves the church. Heal her body from aches, pains and stomach trouble, fill her loneliness with Your presence, increase her spiritual gifts as she abides in You, teach her to hear Your voice clearly through Your Word and Your Spirit, and reveal her calling and purpose step by step. Provide for her needs according to Your riches and help her to see as You see, with eyes of love and truth. Let Your will be done in her life and let Your joy be her strength. We ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus, amen.

We appreciate you sharing so openly with us. We hear how deeply you want to feel connected to what God desires for you, to hear His voice clearly, and to know His will for your relationships, your calling, and your daily happiness. That desire for wisdom and clarity is a good place to bring to Him.

We noticed you described a month of celibacy when you felt closer to God and more alive in your gifts, and then a season of loneliness and confusion after. It makes sense that loneliness would make big decisions feel urgent, especially when you are weighing two different relationships and wondering about marriage and the future. When everything feels pressing, it can help to give yourself unhurried space to seek counsel and pray before choosing a next step.

One practical step that may help is to talk this through with one trusted, mature believer or pastor who knows you well, and to keep clear physical boundaries while you seek wisdom. It can also help to bring your questions to God in quiet, consistent prayer, asking Him to shape your desires and to make His direction plain in time.

For the aches and stomach pain you mentioned, we also encourage you to see your primary care doctor to have those checked, alongside our prayers for healing.

Father, we lift our sister to You. Give her peace as she seeks You, wisdom for each decision before her, and a clear sense of Your leading. Bring healing to her body, deeper connection with You and with healthy community, and guidance for her purpose and gifts. Provide for her needs according to Your will. In Jesus' name, amen.

I would be faithful to only 1 person. May God guide you into the right marriage. Someone who will treat you good. Someone who believes in the Lord and who isn't spiritually dead. Pray always and give thanks to God always for this is the will of Christ Yeshua concerning you. Amen.

Your prayer has been heard and there is much in it that shows a sincere desire to know the will of God and to walk in it, for which we give thanks.

You have tasted in your own experience what Scripture teaches, that there is a sweetness and a clearness in fellowship with God when the life is kept pure before Him. During that month of celibacy you knew an increase of joy and of spiritual nearness, and that was no accident. As surely as God's will is the axle of the universe, His revealed will is the rule of our lives, and He has plainly shown that the gift of the body belongs only within the lifelong covenant of marriage between one man and one woman. Charity without purity will be of no use, and without holiness no man shall see the Lord. What you felt in that season was the Lord honoring obedience, for no good thing will He withhold from them that walk uprightly.

You now confess that loneliness led you again into that which your own heart perceived was not going anywhere, and you are left with confusion about two men, one who will not answer about marriage and another from your past who speaks more readily of it. Hear this with love. It is foolish for any of us to say we will go, we will buy, we will sell, we will get gain, or we will give ourselves in this relationship or that, as if we can do as we like and everything will fall out as we desire without asking God's consent. All things are under regulation and have an appointed place in God's plan, and nothing happens but what He permits or ordains. There is a revealed will which we must not violate, and we will not even wish for a gain or a companionship unless we can promote the will of God by having it.

Therefore wisdom in your situation will not be found by weighing which man is more charming or which one talks more of marriage and children, but by bringing your own heart first into full surrender to Christ. Salvation is of God's will, and the work of the Spirit, which is the effect of the will of God, is to change the human will and make men willing in the day of God's power. Pray not only, Father, I will have this or that, but also, Father, not as I will. You can always have your way when your way is God's way. The sure way to carry out self will is when self will is nothing else but God's will. Lay both relationships before Him and ask whether either man loves Christ, walks in purity, and would lead you into holiness rather than away from it. A man who will take your body without taking your hand in covenant has not shown the love that reflects Christ and His church. And to return to a former intimacy that once led to pregnancy outside of marriage, simply because it offers words about marriage, would be to listen again to the serpent's philosophy instead of trusting the plain Word of God. There is enmity between the Seed of the woman and the seed of the serpent to the end, and you will never get anything holy out of that which begins in unholiness.

If you have sinned, and we all have, hear God's promise and lay hold upon it, I will have mercy upon her that had not obtained mercy. I will betroth you unto Me forever. Arise and return unto your Father, for when you are yet a great way off He will see you and will run to meet you. Confess what was done outside of marriage as sin, turn from it, and by His grace purpose to keep the body as His temple until He, if it be His will, gives you a husband to whom you can be joined before God. Loneliness is real, and God knows it, but you will not grow without trials and you will not learn without affliction. It is God's school for you. Be thankful that He lets the ache be felt, for it drives you to Him who alone can satisfy.

You ask to operate in all spiritual gifts, to hear God's voice clearly, to see as God sees, and to know your calling and purpose. These are good desires when ordered aright. God speaks most clearly not in vague impressions but in His preserved Word, which endures century after century, and by His Spirit working in you to will and to do of His good pleasure. You will keep what you learn when you learn it and then live it and teach it by a godly life. Seek first to be faithful in purity, in prayer, in the fellowship of the saints, in serving others, and the gifts He intends for you will be given as He wills for the building up of the body, not for private exaltation. To see as God sees is to love what He loves and to hate what He calls sin, and that sight comes with a clean heart.

We will pray for you, for healing of your body, for your stomach and all aches and pains, for true connection with others in the household of faith, for deliverance from loneliness, and for clear guidance. We will ask the Lord to show you your calling, and to provide for your needs according to His wisdom. You mention an iPhone to make videos. God knows your desire to create and to share, and He will provide what is needed for the work He calls you to do. Seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and trust Him to supply what is profitable for doing His will, rather than setting your heart on a particular thing for Christmas.

May the Lord grant you repentance where it is needed, restoration where you have fallen, and a settled peace that rests upon His will. May He make you willing to do His will, keep you in purity, and in His time make plain whether marriage is His path for you and with whom, if any, that covenant should be made. May He heal your body, quiet your heart, and cause you to rejoice again in the treasure of His promises, which are the true wealth of His people.

We pray that you will walk uprightly, hear His voice in Scripture, and know the mercy of Him who says, You are My people, and enables you to answer, You are my God.
