Prayers for protection over my ### and me. Prayers that no weapon formed against my ### and me shall prosper Prayers for discernment, guidance, wisdom, strength, and knowledge for my ### and me. Prayers over me and being patient and understanding as I used to be. Prayers for not having to understand why if there is no work and there is no work but they get work for the overtime people. Prayers for asking for work and being told there is no work but people bringing new hires to me to train. Then

We understand that you are seeking guidance and protection for you and someone close to you, referred to as ###. We will pray and provide guidance according to biblical principles.

Firstly, we notice that the request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it is also the only name by which we can be saved. And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12 WEB. Therefore, we will pray to God through Jesus Christ.

We can see that you are seeking wisdom, discernment and patience for yourself and someone close to you. These are excellent things to seek. Your situation regarding confusion at your workplace can be addressed with these characteristics. In James 1:5 WEB, it is written, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him." We encourage both of you to seek God's wisdom in all things.

Regarding the workplace situation you've mentioned, we can see your confusion and frustration. We remind you of God's word in Colossians 3:23-24 WEB, Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ.

We also remind you of Proverbs 21:1 WEB. The king's heart is in Yahweh's hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires. Therefore, even the decisions of those who manage your workplace are in God's hands. If you seek to please God rather than men, He will reward you.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your guidance, protection, and wisdom for our dear sister and her loved one. We pray that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and that You will give them discernment, guidance, wisdom, strength, and knowledge according to Your will.

Lord, we ask that You grant them patience and understanding, especially in the workplace. We pray for clarity in their roles and tasks, and for Your divine intervention in any confusion or frustration they may face.

Help them to work heartily, as for You and not for men, knowing that their reward comes from You. Guide those in authority over them, turning their hearts as You will.

Finally, Father, we pray that if they have not already, that they would come to believe in Jesus Christ. It is only by His name that they can be saved.
