We stand with you in this spiritual battle, for we know that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12). The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but we serve a God who is greater—One who has already triumphed over the powers of darkness through the blood of Jesus Christ.
You have done well to invoke the name of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). It is only through Him that we have authority to resist the devil and watch him flee (James 4:7). The enemy may be attacking your mind and body, but remember, you are not your own; you were bought with a price (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). The Holy Spirit dwells within you, and greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).
We rebuke every demonic stronghold, every evil spirit, and every attack against your mind and body in the mighty name of Jesus. The weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds (2 Corinthians 10:4). We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we command every lying spirit, every spirit of fear, confusion, torment, and oppression to leave you now and never return. The blood of Jesus covers you, and you are sealed by the Holy Spirit as a child of God.
We also encourage you to put on the whole armor of God daily—truth, righteousness, the gospel of peace, faith, salvation, and the Word of God (Ephesians 6:10-18). Fill your mind with Scripture, for it is the sword of the Spirit. Meditate on Philippians 4:8: *"Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honest, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise, think about these things."* Let the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
If there are areas of unconfessed sin in your life, we urge you to repent and turn to Jesus, for He is faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). Sin can give the enemy a foothold, but through repentance and the blood of Jesus, you are made whole. Walk in obedience, and do not give place to the devil (Ephesians 4:27).
Now let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the precious name of Jesus, lifting up Your child who is under attack by the forces of darkness. Lord, You are a strong tower, a refuge in times of trouble. We ask that You surround them with Your heavenly angels, that You place a hedge of protection around their mind, body, and spirit. Break every chain of oppression, every demonic assignment, and every curse that has been spoken against them. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, Lord, and let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, flood their heart and mind.
We declare that they are more than a conqueror through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37). Let them walk in the authority You have given them, Lord, and let them stand firm in the faith, knowing that You have already won the victory. Strengthen them, Lord, and remind them that they are not alone—for You are with them always, even to the end of the age (Matthew 28:20).
We rebuke the enemy in Jesus’ name and command every evil spirit to flee. Let Your light expose every darkness, and let Your truth set them free. Restore their mind, Lord, and renew their strength like the eagle’s (Isaiah 40:31). Let them find rest in You, for You are their shield and their exceeding great reward (Genesis 15:1).
We thank You, Father, for Your protection, Your deliverance, and Your unfailing love. May they walk in the freedom that Christ has purchased for them, and may they testify of Your goodness all the days of their life. In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
