Prayers For Freedom And Protection!

I am requesting prayer for myself and my child. I am praying that God gives us freedom and protection from my childs father. He hasn't been a huge part and now is living in same state for first time and is threatening to take me back to court over our child, I am praying that God just frees us from him, and gets him out of this state and out of our lives. I wouldn't pray for this if he was a good person bu there are reasons why I don't feel comfortable with him with our child. Please pray.
