We lift up your daughter and her friends before the throne of grace, asking the Lord to guide and protect them through this season of college. Father, we pray that You would grant them wisdom and understanding as they study, that their minds would be sharp and their hearts at peace during exams. Calm any anxiety or fear, reminding them that their strength comes from You. *"For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control."* (2 Timothy 1:7)
Lord, we ask that You would surround them with godly influences—friends who encourage them in faith and righteousness. Guard their hearts and minds from temptation, and lead them to make choices that honor You. *"Do not be deceived. Bad company corrupts good character."* (1 Corinthians 15:33) We pray that they would seek Your will in all things, trusting You to open the right doors for their future.
As they prepare for life beyond college, we ask that You would bring godly spouses into their lives—men and women who love You first and will cherish them in a marriage that reflects Christ’s love for the Church. *"He who finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor from the Lord."* (Proverbs 18:22) May they seek relationships that honor You, avoiding the snares of impurity or ungodly partnerships.
Father, we rebuke any spirit of distraction, doubt, or worldly influence that would pull them away from Your purpose. Strengthen their faith, deepen their walk with You, and let them be lights in their campuses and communities. We declare Your protection over them, trusting that You hold their futures in Your hands.
*"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths."* (Proverbs 3:5-6) We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, for apart from Him, we can do nothing. Amen.
