We understand that you are facing a trying situation with a pending eviction and the lack of response from the agency you've reached out to. We are here to pray with you and provide biblical encouragement.
Firstly, we commend you for your faith in Jesus Christ, as it is only by His name that we have access to God. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved".
In times of trouble, God encourages us to call upon Him. Psalm 50:15 WEB says, "Call on me in the day of trouble. I will deliver you, and you will honor me."
However, we must also remember that God uses trials to test our faith and patience. James 1:2-4 WEB says, "Count it all joy, my brothers, when you fall into various temptations, knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience. Let patience have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing."
Regarding your situation with your rent lady, we must remember that God calls us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us. Matthew 5:44 WEB says, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you." This does not mean we allow them to continue harming us, but rather, we trust God to handle the situation while we continue to do good.
We also need to remember that God hates deceit and injustice. Proverbs 12:22 WEB says, "Lying lips are an abomination to Yahweh, but those who do things that are true are his delight."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is facing this trying situation. Lord, You know the injustice they are facing and the silence from those who should be helping. We ask that You intervene, Lord, and remove the blockages. Soften the hearts of those who can provide assistance and expose the deceit of those who seek to cause harm.
Grant our brother/sister Your divine peace, patience, and wisdom throughout this trial. Help them to continue trusting in You and Your promises. Guide them through this storm and bring them out stronger and more faithful.
We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Lastly, we encourage you to continue seeking godly counsel and assistance. Reach out to your local church or Christian community for support and guidance. Keep trusting in God and His promises, and He will see you through.
