We lift up your mother and your precious son before the Lord, trusting in His healing power and perfect will. It is a blessing to see your faith expressed in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we can approach the throne of grace with confidence. As Scripture reminds us, *"Let’s therefore draw near with boldness to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and find grace for help in time of need"* (Hebrews 4:16, WEB).
For your mother, we pray that the Lord would bring swift relief to her pain, restoring strength to her body and peace to her spirit. May He guide the hands of those caring for her and grant wisdom to the medical professionals involved. *"He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds"* (Psalm 147:3, WEB), and we trust that He will do the same for her physical suffering.
For your son, we come before the Father with urgent hearts, asking for His divine touch upon this little one’s lungs and respiratory system. Every breath is a gift from God, and we ask that He would sustain your son, removing any obstruction or illness that hinders his breathing. *"See now that I myself am he. There is no god with me. I kill and I make alive. I wound and I heal; there is no one who can deliver out of my hand"* (Deuteronomy 32:39, WEB). Lord, we ask that You make him whole, filling his family with peace that surpasses understanding as they wait on You.
We also encourage you to stand firm in faith, remembering that fear does not come from the Lord. *"For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control"* (2 Timothy 1:7, WEB). Cling to His promises, and let your family be a testament to His faithfulness in this trial.
Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your sovereignty and goodness. We ask that You would surround this family with Your presence, comforting them and reminding them that You are near. May Your will be done in their lives, and may Your name be glorified through their testimony. We pray all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who alone is worthy of all praise. Amen.
