Prayers for ### and ###'s husband

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this dear sister and her husband in prayer. Father God, we thank You for the sacred covenant of marriage You have established between one man and one woman, and we ask for Your healing touch to rest upon this union. Lord, we know that You are the Great Physician, and we trust in Your power to restore health to both body and spirit.
Heavenly Father, we pray for complete healing—physical, emotional, and spiritual—for this sister and her husband. You tell us in Jeremiah 30:17, *"For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds," says the Lord.* We claim this promise over their lives, believing that You are working even now to bring wholeness. We also ask for Your forgiveness to flow freely between them, that any bitterness, resentment, or unforgiveness would be washed away by the blood of Jesus. Ephesians 4:32 reminds us, *"And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you."*
We notice the mention of a "veil of purple" for healing, and while we honor the heart behind this imagery, we must gently remind ourselves that our faith must rest in the finished work of Christ alone. It is not colors, symbols, or rituals that heal, but the power of God through the name of Jesus. Isaiah 53:5 declares, *"But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed."* Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the Author and Perfecter of our faith, rather than any other means.
Lord, we also ask that You would strengthen their faith as they walk through this trial. Help them to lean not on their own understanding but to trust in You with all their hearts (Proverbs 3:5-6). Surround them with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, and guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). May they find comfort in Your Word and in the fellowship of believers who can uplift them in prayer and encouragement.
We rebuke any spirit of fear, doubt, or despair that may be trying to take root in their lives. 2 Timothy 1:7 tells us, *"For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control."* We declare that fear has no place in their hearts, for You have not given them a spirit of fear but of power, love, and a sound mind.
Father, we also pray for wisdom for their medical caregivers, that You would guide their hands and minds as they seek to bring healing. Proverbs 3:7-8 says, *"Don’t be wise in your own eyes. Fear the Lord, and depart from evil. It will be health to your body, and nourishment to your bones."* May they seek Your wisdom in all decisions and trust in Your provision.
Lastly, we ask that You would draw them closer to You and to each other through this trial. May their marriage be a testimony of Your faithfulness and grace, reflecting the love of Christ for His church. Help them to encourage one another, bear each other’s burdens, and walk in unity as they seek Your face together.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
