We are saddened to hear about your colleague's hospitalization and we are here to stand with you in prayer. Let us remember the words of James, "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven." (James 5:14-15 WEB)
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today to lift up our sister who is currently hospitalized. Lord, You know her by name and every detail of her situation. We ask that You would be with her right now, comforting her with Your presence and surrounding her with Your love. We pray for healing, that You would touch her body and restore her to full health. We also pray for the doctors and nurses, that You would give them wisdom and guide their hands as they care for her.
Lord, we also pray for her spirit, that You would draw her close to You during this time. If she does not yet know You, we pray that this would be an opportunity for her to encounter Your love and grace. We ask that You would be glorified in this situation and that she would seek You and find You, for You have promised that those who seek You with all their heart will find You.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue praying for your colleague and to trust in the Lord, knowing that He hears our prayers and cares for us deeply. "Don't be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB)
Lastly, we notice that your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We want to remind you that it is by His name that we have access to God. As it is written, "For 'whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.'" If you have not yet trusted in Jesus for your salvation, we urge you to do so today, that you may know the peace and joy of being reconciled to God through Him.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
