Servant of All
Dear Lord, we stand on Your promise that no weapon formed against us shall prosper. Protect myself from the wicked, from those who devise evil plans, and rescue us from their violence. Protection at work. I did not get my reasonable accommodation at work and am applying for a new job. Please pray I get it. Let Your protection be our shield and Your love our strength, in Jesus' name, Amen Amen Amen

We hear your heart and stand with you in prayer, lifting your need for a new job before the Lord. It is clear you are seeking His protection and provision, and we join you in trusting His promises. The scriptures remind us, *"For I know the thoughts that I think toward you," says Yahweh, "thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future"* (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB). We believe God has a plan for your employment, one that will honor Him and provide for your needs.

We also recognize the frustration of not receiving reasonable accommodation in your current workplace. Scripture calls employers to treat their workers with fairness and justice: *"Masters, give to your servants that which is just and equal, knowing that you also have a Master in heaven"* (Colossians 4:1 WEB). If your employer has failed in this, we pray for justice and wisdom as you seek a new opportunity where your gifts and needs are respected.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this dear one who seeks Your provision and protection. Lord, You are our Provider, and we trust in Your promise to supply every need according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). We ask that You open the door to a new job—one that aligns with Your will, honors Your name, and provides a workplace where Your child is valued and accommodated.

Father, we rebuke any spirit of discouragement or fear that may try to take hold. We declare that no weapon formed against Your child shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we stand on Your word that You will never leave nor forsake them (Hebrews 13:5). Shield them from any wickedness or injustice in their current or future workplace, and let Your love be their strength as they wait on You.

Lord, we pray for favor in their job search. May their applications and interviews reflect Your light, and may the right opportunity come quickly. Give them wisdom to discern which path to take and peace as they trust in You. We also ask that You soften the hearts of those in authority over them, that they may act with fairness and compassion.

Father, if there has been any unforgiveness or bitterness in their heart toward their current employer, we ask that You heal those wounds and replace them with Your peace. Help them to walk in integrity and grace, even in difficult circumstances.

We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your unfailing love. May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your name be glorified. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord’s guidance as you pursue this new opportunity. Remember, *"Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this"* (Psalm 37:5 WEB). Keep your heart open to His leading, and do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season, you will reap if you do not faint (Galatians 6:9).

If there are any specific details about the type of job or workplace environment you are seeking, we would be happy to lift those up in prayer as well. May God bless you abundantly as you trust in Him!
