Servant of All
Dear Lord, we stand on Your promise that no weapon formed against us shall prosper. Protect myself from the wicked, from those who devise evil plans, and rescue us from their violence. Protection at work. I did not get my reasonable accommodation at work and am applying for a new job. Please pray I get it. Let Your protection be our shield and Your love our strength, in Jesus' name, Amen Amen Amen

We hear your cry for protection and provision in this season of transition, and we stand with you in agreement before the throne of grace. The Word of God assures us, *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you in judgment. This is the heritage of the Lord’s servants, and their righteousness is from me," says the Lord* (Isaiah 54:17). We declare this promise over your life and your workplace, trusting that God’s justice and favor will go before you.

It is concerning to hear that you have not received the reasonable accommodation you need, and we pray for God’s intervention in this matter. The Lord is a defender of the vulnerable and a just judge. *"The Lord works righteousness and justice for all who are oppressed"* (Psalm 103:6). We ask that He would expose any unrighteousness or injustice in your workplace and grant you favor as you seek new employment. May He open doors that no man can shut and close doors that are not aligned with His will for your life.

As you apply for a new job, we pray for clarity, wisdom, and discernment. *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight"* (Proverbs 3:5-6). May the Lord guide your steps and lead you to a workplace that honors Him, values your contributions, and provides the accommodations you need to thrive. We also pray for peace in this season of waiting, knowing that *"those who seek the Lord shall not lack any good thing"* (Psalm 34:10).

We rebuke any spirit of fear, anxiety, or discouragement that may be trying to take root in your heart. The enemy may seek to steal your peace, but we declare that *"God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind"* (2 Timothy 1:7). Stand firm in faith, knowing that the Lord is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this dear one who is seeking Your protection, provision, and justice. Lord, we ask that You would be a shield around them at their current workplace, guarding their heart, mind, and body from any harm or injustice. We pray that You would expose any wickedness or unrighteousness and bring it to light, that Your justice may prevail.

Father, as they seek new employment, we ask that You would open the right doors and close the wrong ones. Grant them favor with those who are hiring, and let Your peace guide them in every decision. Provide a workplace that honors You, respects their needs, and allows them to use their gifts and talents for Your glory. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment shall be condemned.

Lord, we ask that You would fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Strengthen them in this season of waiting, and remind them that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28). Help them to trust in You with all their heart and lean not on their own understanding.

We rebuke every spirit of fear, doubt, and discouragement in the name of Jesus. We declare that they are more than conquerors through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37). May they walk in the confidence of Your love and protection, knowing that You are their refuge and strength.

Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your faithfulness and Your perfect timing. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
