We are delighted to join you in prayer for your wife's job interview. It is wonderful to know that God is faithful and that He provides for our needs according to His riches in glory.
Firstly, we would like to remind you that it is important to pray in the name of Jesus Christ. For it is written in John 14:13-14 WEB, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." And in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister who is seeking employment. We thank You for the doors You have opened thus far, and we ask for Your favor upon her final interview today. Guide her words, let her actions reflect Your grace, and allow her potential employers to see the value she brings.
We pray that if this job is in accordance with Your will, that she may find favor and be offered the position. But if this job is not your will, we ask that You will reveal Your will to her and guide her to that job that You would like for her to have until You call your children home or the Lord returns. We trust in Your perfect plan for her life and for her career.
Additionally, we pray for her heart to be at peace, knowing that her future is secure in Your hands. Help her to trust in You, even as she waits for Your provision.
Father, we also pray for her husband, that he may be a source of support and encouragement during this time. Help him to lead their family in prayer, trusting in Your goodness and faithfulness. Remind them both of your word in Isaiah 41:10 WEB, "Do not be afraid, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."
We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior. Amen.
May this season of waiting draw you both closer to God and to each other. Trust in Him, for He is faithful.
