We join with you in bringing all of these heavy burdens before our Heavenly Father together in Jesus name and we thank you for sharing your heart so honestly with us.

We hear your worry about finances for yourself and your dad and about the business and the overdraft and the job applications and the uncertainty about the future. God sees every need and He cares deeply about these practical concerns. We are reminded that your Father in heaven knows what you need before you ask. His Word tells us Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God in Philippians 4:6 and that the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus in Philippians 4:7. We also hold to the promise that But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well in Matthew 6:33 and Therefore don’t be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself in Matthew 6:34. My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus in Philippians 4:19. We pray that God will provide for you and for your dad, that He will open doors for work as you have been applying for jobs, that He will give wisdom to steward what you have and to be free from the weight of debt, and that He will show you step by step His good plan for your future for we know that For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future in Jeremiah 29:11.

We also lift up the heaviness you feel in your head and the sense of spiritual attack on your body and your desire to have a clear mind and to be able to pray. We do not wrestle against flesh and blood but against spiritual forces in Ephesians 6:12 and God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self control in 2 Timothy 1:7. We rebuke any work of the enemy against you and we stand on the promise that when we Resist the devil, and he will flee from you in James 4:7 and that He will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on you, because he trusts in you in Isaiah 26:3. We pray for a clear mind, for rest, for healing and strength in your body, and for the lifting of any oppression. We also pray for your desire to pray even when it feels hard, remembering that In the same way, the Spirit also helps our weaknesses, for we don’t know how to pray as we ought. But the Spirit himself makes intercession for us with groanings which can’t be uttered in Romans 8:26 and that we may come boldly to the throne of grace to receive mercy in Hebrews 4:16.

We lift up your mum and dad and the massive fight with your brothers over the business called creative landscaping. Family strife is painful and God desires unity and reconciliation. We pray for your parents health and peace and for your dad to have enough provision from the business to meet his needs. We pray for your brothers and for you that God would bring healing where there is division. If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men in Romans 12:18 and Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you in Ephesians 4:32. We ask God to give all of you wisdom, humility and a willingness to listen and to seek what is fair and honoring to Him rather than what divides.

You shared that you feel worthless because you are not married and do not have children and that you are worried about knowing your future. We want to gently correct that feeling with biblical truth. Your worth is not measured by marital status or by having children. You are fearfully and wonderfully made in Psalm 139:14 and you are precious and honored in His sight in Isaiah 43:4. Marriage is a beautiful and holy covenant between a man and a woman for life and children are a gift from the Lord, and we do pray that if it is God’s will He will bring a godly spouse into your life in His perfect timing and lead you toward a marriage that honors Him. But singleness is also honored by God and has great purpose and value, and whether married or single your life has deep meaning and calling in Christ. We pray God will heal the sense of worthlessness, help you see yourself as He sees you, and give you hope and purpose as you wait on Him, trusting that He is working all things together for good for those who love Him in Romans 8:28.

We also bring before the Lord even the small detail of getting the cake made. We love that you included this because it reminds us that we should cast all our worries on him, because he cares for us in 1 Peter 5:7. Nothing is too small for His attention.

We notice your request did not mention the name of Jesus, and we want to lovingly remind you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and that there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved. Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me in John 14:6 and There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved in Acts 4:12. If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved in Romans 10:9. It is by trusting in Jesus death and resurrection for the forgiveness of sins that we can come boldly before God in prayer.

We pray together now. Father in heaven, we lift this dear one to you in the mighty name of Jesus. You know every worry about finances, the overdraft, the job search, the future, and the business needs of dad. Provide according to your riches, open the right doors, give wisdom and steady work, and help them to trust you day by day. Touch their head and body, clear their mind, lift any spiritual attack, and fill them with your peace and power and sound mind. Bring healing and peace between the brothers and comfort and strength to mum and dad. Heal the hurt of feeling worthless and show them how deeply they are loved and valued in Christ, and guide their future according to your perfect will, whether in singleness or in a godly marriage that honors you. Help them to keep praying even when words are hard, and let them know you hear even the smallest request about daily tasks like making the cake. Draw them closer to Jesus, deepen their faith, and let them know your presence and hope each day. We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

We hear how much you are carrying right now and we thank you for sharing it so honestly. Worries about money, family tension, your health, work and the future all at once can leave your head feeling crowded and your heart tired, so it makes sense you feel anxious and stretched thin.

We want you to know your worth is not measured by a bank balance, a job title, or whether you are married or have children. You are deeply valued and seen by God as you are today, even while you wait and wonder about what is next.

Among all you listed, the worry about the future and the pressure you feel in your head and body sounds especially heavy. If that head pressure or fog continues, please consider seeing your GP alongside prayer, just to have someone check in with you in person. And when the thoughts about finances and jobs start to spiral, it can help to pause and talk it through with one trusted person, and to give yourself small breaks between applications rather than carrying it all alone.

We are praying for you, for your mum and dad, for peace between you and your brothers over the landscaping business, and for wisdom for your dad's work.

Father, in Jesus' name we bring our friend to You. Calm the worry about money and the future, clear the heaviness in their head and body, and guard them from harm. Give peace in the family, provide for their parents, guide each job application, and remind them they are loved and not forgotten. Help them to keep praying in simple, honest words and to know You hear. Amen.

Your many burdens have been laid bare before the Lord, and it is right to bring them to Him, for He cares for you and for your house.

Do not be so affected by external things as to get into a state of worry and distress about your temporal affairs. Be prudent, as our Saviour teaches, and do not spend wastefully what God has entrusted to you, yet do not let anxiety master you. I have never discovered that anxiety has comforted anybody, or that it has brought any grist to the mill, or any meal to the barrel. If a thing does not pay, what is the good of it. The very anxiety which arises through your being in a difficulty unfits you to meet that difficulty. Your care about your finances, your father's business, your overdraft and your search for work, is known to your Father in heaven. Cast it upon Him. He who clothes the lilies and feeds the sparrows will not forget His children. Pray that your father may have honest provision from his labour, and that you may be kept from fretfulness while you wait upon the Lord for daily bread and for open doors of employment.

You ask for prayer for your head, that it may be clear, and for any spiritual attack upon your body. Know then that there is a conflict within the believer. The Spirit and the flesh strive within, and this must continue till our dying day. Yet there is also the enemy of souls who, as a soul comes to Christ, throws him down and tears him. If Satan is trying to tear you, tell him it is written, He is able to save to the uttermost all who come unto God by Him, and whosoever cometh He will in no wise cast out. Do not think the Lord will cast you away because your mind is clouded or your prayers feel weak. The Lord knows your frame. Come as you are, and He will deliver you from that desperate conflict.

You speak of a massive fight with your brothers over creative landscaping and over the family business. This is a grief that touches the whole household. God in infinite grace entered into covenant with Noah to preserve him and his family, and they were saved together as they entered the ark in obedience. So the Lord would have a house walk together in peace. Where strife has entered, there must be reform and a return to God. Family prayer is the nutriment of family piety and the castle of the household. I urge you, and your mother and father also, to give yourselves to prayer together, and to private prayer diligently and spiritually maintained. Seek not to win the argument but to be reconciled, speaking truth in love, and leaving vengeance and covetousness to be judged by God.

You say you feel worthless because you are not married and do not have children, and that you are anxious to know your future. Hear this, your worth is not measured by a husband or by children, nor by a bank balance. Those who have been quickened and made to live are introduced into the family of God, and they have one never failing mark. They are led by the Spirit and they cry, Abba, Father. When He says to a poor fearful soul, You are My son, I have adopted you into My family and you shall go no more out forever, it is not too good to be true, for He gives as only He can give. Whether married or single, whether with many children or with none, all things are yours if you are Christ's, and you are Christ's if you have trusted in Him alone for salvation. Marriage, when God gives it, is a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, and children are a gift from His hand, but singleness also has its service in the Lord, and neither state can add or subtract from your acceptance in the Beloved. Do not let the world tell you that you are worthless. Your value is in Christ who bought you with His blood.

You ask also for a small thing, that you may get the cake made, and for a great thing, that you may be able to pray. God despises not small cares, and He hears great cries. Bring the cake, and the overdraft, and the job applications, and the sleepless head, all to the same throne. If you cannot pray as you would, pray as you can. Tell Him you cannot pray. God grant that private prayer may be more diligently maintained, not by fine words but by a sincere heart. He helps our infirmities.

Let us pray together.

O Father, merciful and faithful, we come through Jesus Christ alone, our only Saviour and Advocate. Look upon this dear soul and upon mother and father and brothers. Forgive sin, wash in the blood of Christ, and adopt into Your family all who yet are outside the ark. Give clearness of mind and peace to a troubled head, and rebuke every assault of the enemy. Provide for this family in temporal things, prosper honest labour, and keep them from waste and from want. Heal divisions between brothers, take away anger and envying, and make this home a house of prayer. Comfort the heart that feels worthless and anxious for the future, and show that worth and hope are in Christ, whether married or unmarried, and that You withhold no good thing from them that walk uprightly. Grant favour in seeking work, deliverance from debt, and grace to be content and industrious. Hear even this simple request for daily tasks, and teach this soul to pray, though it be but a sigh, and to cast all care upon Thee, for Thou carest for us. Keep us till we are gathered into the whole family in heaven and earth, undivided and at home with the Lord. In Jesus name, Amen.

Your honesty in bringing these burdens forward is heard, and I am praying with you in the name of Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have access to the Father and find our worth and hope.

I pray for you in your worry about the future, for your mind that feels clouded, and for the pressure you feel in your body and spirit. Scripture reminds us that our struggle is not only against what we can see, but against spiritual powers, and we are called to be sober and watchful, staying close to Christ in prayer and in His Word. I pray that God will give you clarity of mind, peace that guards your heart, and strength to keep praying even when prayer feels difficult. Ask Him for a humble and steady heart, and trust that He hears you even when words are few.

I pray for your finances, for the overdraft and the weight of applying for jobs without yet seeing an answer. I pray also for your dad and his business, that God would provide what is needed for your family and give wisdom in all financial decisions. Remember that wealth in this life is fleeting like a shadow or a passing stream, and it cannot give lasting security. Our true treasure is in heaven, and God knows our daily needs. I pray that He will provide for you and your parents day by day, and teach you contentment and trust while you wait, so that worry does not take root.

I pray for the conflict with your brothers over the landscaping work. Every conflict has a root, often in wanting more or in pride, and it can divide a family quickly. I pray that God will bring peace between you and your brothers, that each of you would seek humility and fairness rather than advantage, and that love for one another would be stronger than any dispute over money or business.

I pray for your mum and dad, that God will keep them and give them health and unity, and that your home would be strengthened by patience and hope. That patience and hope grow as we hold fast to Scripture, which comforts us and keeps us from falling away when we are under pressure.

I hear how worthless you feel because you are not married and do not have children, and because work has not yet come. Your value before God is not measured by whether you are married or have children, nor by your bank balance or your job. Marriage, when God gives it, is a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, and it is good, but singleness also has dignity and purpose before the Lord. Whether married or unmarried, our worth is found in being made in God's image and redeemed through Christ. I pray that God will help you see yourself as He sees you, loved and not forgotten, and that whether He leads you to marriage and children in the future or calls you to serve Him in singleness, you will know you are fully known and cared for.

I pray too for the small, practical need you mentioned, that you would be able to get the cake made. God cares about both great and small things, and I pray He gives you energy and time for that task.

Let me pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, I come to You through Jesus Christ alone, our only Savior. Have mercy on this dear one who is anxious about the future. Clear their mind, calm their heart, and guard them from every spiritual attack. Provide for their financial needs and for their father's business according to Your wisdom. Bring peace where there is fighting among brothers, and heal what covetousness and pride have wounded. Comfort mum and dad and keep this family in Your care. Open the right door for work in Your time, and lift the burden of feeling worthless, showing them their value in Christ. Give strength to pray and to keep hoping in Your Word, which gives patience and hope. Grant help for daily tasks, including making the cake. All this I ask in the name of Jesus, Amen.

Keep seeking the Lord daily in Scripture and prayer, even with simple prayers, and keep bringing these needs to Him. He is near, and He will not leave you without help.
