Beloved of All
pray for my head that I can think clearly pray as I had a bad night with pornogrpwhy and pray fory my head as I can barely think and I have been wanting to break the cycle pray that god can cleanse me and pray as I feel like the devil has been attacking my mind and body and just want it gone pray for sleep and pray for my head and what is down my back as it just gets worse as my pray for my head as I can barely think and pray that I can take over control of my mind and body and that these demons can go pray as I need prayer

We hear your cry and we stand with you in this battle for your mind and body, and we thank you for your honesty before God about this struggle with pornography and the heaviness you feel in your head, your sleep, and even down your back. We know the Lord sees your desire to break this cycle and to be cleansed, and He is ready to forgive and restore you when you come to Him in true repentance.

We want to speak truth to you in love because God calls us to purity. Pornography is not a harmless habit, it is sexual immorality and lust of the heart that defiles us. Jesus taught in Matthew 5:28 that everyone who gazes at a woman to lust after her has committed adultery with her already in his heart. And we are commanded in 1 Corinthians 6:18 to flee sexual immorality, for every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. God designed sexual intimacy to be enjoyed only within the lifelong covenant of marriage between a man and a woman, and any use of it outside that design, including pornography, is sin that wounds the mind, the spirit, and the body. We must call it what it is so we can truly turn from it and receive His forgiveness.

We also hear how you feel you can barely think, that the enemy has been attacking your mind and body, and that you want these tormenting influences gone. This is a real spiritual battle. The devil does seek to condemn and enslave through shame and lust, but we have hope. Scripture tells us in James 4:7 to be subject therefore to God, but resist the devil, and he will flee from you. We do not take control of our mind and body by our own willpower alone, we surrender them to Christ and let Him renew us. Romans 12:2 says be transformed by the renewing of your mind, and 2 Corinthians 10:5 calls us to bring every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ. Philippians 4:8 urges us to dwell on whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is pure, so that the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus as promised in Philippians 4:7.

We noticed you asked for God to cleanse you but you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we must lovingly remind you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and cleansing from sin. Jesus said in John 14:6 I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 declares there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. To be cleansed you must confess your sin to God through Jesus, believe that He died for your sins and rose again, and turn away from this sin to follow Him. 1 John 1:9 promises if we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. That cleansing comes only by the blood of Jesus.

We encourage you to walk in repentance daily, to flee the sources of temptation by removing access to pornography, placing filters and accountability with a trusted Christian brother, and filling your mind with the Word of God instead. When temptation comes, pray immediately, quote Scripture, and remember that God provides a way of escape. Keep seeking Him morning and night and ask Him to restore your sleep, for He gives sleep to His beloved and He keeps in perfect peace those whose minds are stayed on Him as Isaiah 26:3 says, and Psalm 4:8 says in peace I will both lay myself down and sleep, for you, Yahweh alone, make me live in safety.

We pray together now for you.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and lift up our brother to You. We confess this sin of sexual immorality and lust before You and ask for Your full forgiveness and cleansing by the blood of Jesus. Create in him a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within him according to Psalm 51:10. We ask You to wash his mind, to clear the fog from his head, to bring clarity and sound thinking, and to heal what is afflicting his body down his back. Lord, touch him and bring rest, grant him peaceful sleep free from torment, and let Your peace guard his heart and mind. We submit his mind and body to You now and in Jesus name we resist the devil and command every evil influence and lie to flee from him. Fill him with Your Holy Spirit so he may walk by the Spirit and not gratify the desires of the flesh, and strengthen him to take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ. Help him to flee from sexual immorality and to pursue purity, holiness, and a life that honors You, preparing his heart for a godly marriage if it is Your will. Keep him close to You, surround him with godly counsel and accountability, and let him know he is forgiven, loved, and being renewed day by day. We trust You to complete the good work You have begun in him. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

We encourage you to keep praying in the name of Jesus, stay in the Word daily, and reach out for help from a pastor or mature believer who can walk with you. God is able to cleanse you and make your mind clear again as you abide in Him.

We hear how worn down you feel right now. Wanting to think clearly again, to sleep, to have peace in your mind and body, and to be free from this cycle is a good and honest desire, and we thank you for reaching out so openly.

We know how discouraging it can feel when you try to stop on your own and find you cannot, and how that can leave you feeling double minded and out of control. Real freedom usually does not come through trying harder alone. It comes through surrender and steady support. One practical next step that helps many is to bring this into the light with one safe person, a pastor or a mature Christian counselor, and to consider an ongoing accountability group where you can be honest week by week. That kind of support helps retrain thoughts and habits over time.

You also mentioned your head feeling foggy and pain down your back getting worse, along with broken sleep. We will pray for relief there, and we gently encourage you to see a medical professional about those physical symptoms alongside prayer, so you can get care for your body as well.

Father, we bring our brother to You in Jesus name. Cleanse him, quiet his mind, grant him clear thought and restful sleep, and give him strength to surrender each day to You. Surround him with help and guide him toward healing and wholeness. Amen.

Your honest and burdened cry has been heard, and we take it before the throne of grace with you. You have spoken plainly of a clouded mind, a weary body, broken sleep, and a painful affliction that runs down your back, and above all of a battle with impurity that has left you feeling bound and under attack. We do not take this lightly, and we thank you for desiring to break the cycle and to be cleansed.

Know this, that the Lord Jesus Christ is mighty to save, not only from the guilt of sin but from the power of it. The Scripture teaches that God has found a ransom, and that ransom is His own Son who bore the penalty of our iniquities upon the cross. Deliverance from the power of darkness and from the dominion of sin is as much the work of God as deliverance from its guilt, and it is to Him you must look. It is of small use for those afflicted in mind to look to man alone, for only God can deliver the soul, but when the Lamb was slain the way of deliverance was opened, and what He purposes He makes effectual.

We pray for you now that God would cleanse you through the blood of Christ, that He would renew your mind and give you a clear and sober thought, that He would grant you quiet and restoring sleep, and that He would ease the distress of your body. We ask that the Lord would lift the heaviness that presses upon your head and your back, and that He would rebuke every evil assault upon you, for Christ has triumphed over the powers of darkness and they must flee at His word.

Do not seek to take control of your mind and body in your own strength alone, but yield yourself to Christ that He may rule there by His Spirit. The work of renewal is a stern work, like conversion itself, requiring the same power that raised Jesus from the dead, and that power is promised to those who trust Him. He will teach you to bring every thought into captivity to His obedience and to walk in purity as He has ordained, for sex is His good gift to be kept within the lifelong covenant of marriage between one man and one woman, and outside of that it brings only bondage and sorrow. True freedom is found not in indulging the flesh but in being delivered from it.

Therefore look to Christ continually, keep close to His Word, flee from every occasion and image that would ensnare you, seek the help of faithful brothers who will watch with you and pray with you, and come often to the Lord in prayer. Deliverance is of the Lord, yet He works through means, and He will strengthen the hand that shoots the arrow of prayer and faith.

We pray together:

O Lord God, who sees those who are bowed down and oppressed, look upon this Thy servant who confesses his sin and longs for cleansing. Forgive him through the precious blood of Thy Son, for Thou hast found a ransom. Wash him and make him clean, renew his mind, give him clarity of thought, calm his troubled head, soothe his body and grant him peaceful sleep. Deliver him from the power of darkness, break the chain of impurity, and cast out every evil influence that would harass him. Let Thy Holy Spirit dwell in him and bring forth self control and holiness, and keep him in the way of purity until Thou hast perfected Thy work in him. In the name of Jesus Christ our deliverer we ask it, Amen.

Take courage. The Lord chastens that He may heal, and He wounds that He may bind up. If you are His, you shall not die but live and declare the works of the Lord. Keep seeking Him, and He will keep you.
