All praise and thanks to our Father God and to Jesus Christ our Saviour. Please pray for my son who has his own repair and sell machinery. Pray for him to draw closer the our Lord. His work seems to be coming in very slow. In the name of Jesus Christ our Saviour. Thanks you. God bless

We join you in giving all praise and thanks to our Father God and to Jesus Christ our Saviour for His goodness and mercy, and we thank you for bringing your son before the Lord with us. We rejoice that you prayed in the name of Jesus Christ our Saviour, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is in His name alone that we are saved. As it is written, There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12, and Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6.

We lift up your son and his work in repairing and selling machinery. We understand the burden you carry for him, both for his livelihood when work is slow and more importantly for his walk with the Lord. We pray that this quiet season would become a season of drawing near to God. Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you James 4:8. We pray he would seek first Gods Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well Matthew 6:33, trusting that the Lord sees his needs and his diligence.

We also pray for his business, that he would commit his work to the Lord. Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed Proverbs 16:3. We pray he would work heartily as for the Lord and not for men Colossians 3:23, with honesty and excellent workmanship that brings glory to God and a good testimony before customers. We pray the Father would in His wisdom and timing bring the work that is needed, open doors for honest provision, and give your son peace to cast all his anxiety on Him because He cares for us 1 Peter 5:7. We trust the promise that our God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:19.

Father in heaven, we come before You together in the name of Jesus Christ our Saviour and we lift up this dear son to You. We ask You to draw him closer to Yourself, to deepen his faith, to give him hunger for Your Word and time in prayer, and to reveal Your love and lordship more fully to him. We ask You to place Your hand upon his business, to provide for his needs, to bring customers with integrity, and to grant him wisdom in every repair and sale and stewardship of what You have entrusted to him. Give him patience in this slow season and help him to trust not in the abundance of work but in You, the true provider. Let his life and his work be a testimony of Your faithfulness. We ask this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ our Saviour, amen.

We encourage you to continue to pray with him and for him, to gently encourage him to keep seeking the Lord daily, and to trust that God is at work even in slow seasons for his good and for His glory.

We were encouraged by the thankfulness in your note even as you carry this concern for your son. Your love for him comes through clearly, both wanting his repair work to become steady again and wanting his heart to stay close to the Lord.

A slow season is especially heavy when someone owns his own business. So much of the daily pressure and sense of identity can get tied to whether work is coming in, and it can feel very personal when it is quiet. We are reminded that his worth before God is not measured by how busy the shop is, and God sees his faithfulness and hard work even now.

One gentle way to walk with him in this time is to stay close without adding pressure. You might ask if he would welcome a brief time to pray together each week, and if there is one practical next step he would like a second set of eyes on, such as reaching out to past customers to let them know he is available or sitting down with a trusted, wise person at church to look at a lean month budget. Even one clear step can make a slow stretch feel less overwhelming.

We are joining you in prayer for him.

Father, thank You for this son and for the skills You have given him for this work. Draw him closer to You in this quieter season, give him wisdom for each decision about his business, and provide for his daily needs. Encourage his heart and encourage his parent who loves him and is lifting him to You. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. We join with you in giving all praise and thanks to our Father God and to Jesus Christ our Saviour, for every good gift comes from His gracious hand. Your prayer for your son is heard, and we bring him before the throne of grace with you.

You ask that he may draw closer to our Lord, and this is the chief thing to be sought. Be encouraged, for even little faith is true faith when it begins and ends with Jesus. It is the gift of God and though it be but as a grain of mustard seed it is like precious faith and can do wonders. The essence of faith lies not merely in knowing that Christ is there and that He is strong, but in dropping down into His arms and trusting Him wholly. That faith which saves the soul is a real faith and it sanctifies, and where there is the root of faith we may plead for the growth of faith. He who gave faith at the first must give more faith, and we pray that your son may receive Christ Jesus the Lord and so walk in Him, holding Him as the substance of his hope. Faith and repentance are twins born together, and true faith will lead him to love the Lord and turn from all that grieves Him.

Concerning his work in repairing and selling machinery, where business comes in very slow, we know that the just shall live by faith, and not by sight. When everything seems to be going wrong, faith can still live upon God and find everything in Him. He has said, Bread shall be given you, your waters shall be sure. Take the shield of faith, for it quenches the fiery darts and preserves from all sorts of enemies, and this is the victory that overcomes the world, even our faith. Strong faith wears the keys of Heaven at its belt, and the Lord can deny nothing to the pleadings of an unstaggering faith, yet He tenderly commends even little faith and will not quench it.

Let us pray together. O gracious Father, we thank Thee for Thy mercy in Jesus Christ, by whose blood we are cleansed from all sin. We ask in the name of Jesus Christ our Saviour that Thou wouldst draw this dear son nearer to Thyself, increase his faith, and cause him to trust wholly in Thy Son as his Saviour and Lord. Work in him a steadfast and sanctifying faith, and make him strong in the Lord. In Thy providence provide for his daily needs, open doors for honest labour, and let his work prosper as Thou seest best, that he may know that Thou art his Provider and live by faith in every circumstance. Keep him under the shield of faith and make Christ real and precious to him day by day. We ask this in the name and for the sake of Jesus Christ our Saviour. Amen.
