We join with you in lifting up your precious children before the throne of grace and we continue to pray with you for their healing from this genetic disorder in Jesus' name.
Our hearts are moved by your faithful persistence in prayer, and we are reminded that our Heavenly Father deeply loves these little ones. Jesus said, Let the little children come to me, and don’t hinder them, for the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to ones like these. Matthew 19:14. We take comfort knowing that each of your children was fearfully and wonderfully made. Psalm 139:14, and that God intimately formed them and knows every detail of their bodies. Even when we face disorders rooted in genetics, we know that nothing is beyond His power to heal and restore, for He is the Lord who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases. Psalm 103:3.
We also cling to His promise where He says, But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. Jeremiah 30:17, and we remember that the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. James 5:15. We do not place our hope in circumstances, but in the living Christ who is our healer and our hope.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, Your Son, and we thank You for these children whom You love more than we can comprehend. We ask for Your merciful hand to rest upon each of them. You see this genetic disorder and every effect it has on their bodies, and we ask that You would bring complete healing according to Your perfect will. We pray that You would restore what has been affected, strengthen their bodies, and cause them to grow in health and wholeness. We ask for wisdom and guidance for any doctors and caregivers involved, and for supernatural peace and strength for this parent who is interceding with such love and faith. Comfort this family with Your presence, and let them feel Your nearness each day, for You have said, Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. Isaiah 41:10. We thank You that You hear our prayers when we ask in Jesus’ name, and we trust You to work for good in the lives of these children. In Jesus’ name we pray, amen.

Continue to seek Him in His Word and rest in His unfailing love, knowing that He is working even when we cannot yet see the full answer. We join you in bringing your children before the throne of grace and we will continue to pray for their healing in Jesus name.
There is abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. The Scripture says the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing virtue. What His fruit is for nourishment, His leaves are for healing, to change the life blood and make the nature other than it was before. We pray that the Lord, who is the Sun of Righteousness with healing in His wings, would lay His hand upon your children and lift them up, for when Jesus takes by the hand, there is healing in the touch.
We pray also remembering that pardon and healing are joined together in Christ. He said to the sick of the palsy, Son, be of good cheer, your sins are forgiven you, showing that the healing of the soul is the first and greatest mercy. We ask that you and your children would know the forgiveness of sins through faith in Jesus Christ alone, for He is the great conduit Head from which abundant streams of healing flow down to men below, and that knowing Him, you would have peace to trust His wise and loving will for the body as well.
We ask the Lord in His compassion to look upon this genetic disorder and, if it be His will, to grant healing and strength to your children, to ease their suffering, to give wisdom to those who care for them, and to sustain you with faith and patience as you wait upon Him. We pray that whether He is pleased to heal at once or to walk with you through a longer trial, you would see His healing balm at Calvary and find comfort in His presence day by day.

We pray to our merciful Father, the true physician of soul and body, to lay His healing hand upon your children. We ask Him in the name of Jesus Christ, our only Savior and hope, to bring healing where there is a genetic disorder, to grant strength to their bodies, comfort to their hearts, and peace to you as you care for them. We ask that He give wisdom to every doctor and caregiver, and that His grace would sustain your family each day.
God has bound parents and children together in love, and He hears the prayers offered for those He has entrusted to us. Even when healing is not seen at once, we are encouraged to continue in prayer with eager desire and trust, knowing that the Lord works for our good and His glory, sometimes through many prayers over time, as a physician patiently applies medicine until health is restored.
