We thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf and we are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer for your husband and your household.
We have continued to lift up your husband before the Lord with thanksgiving for how God has provided through the switch from software engineering to support engineering, even though it has felt like a demotion to him and has been a difficult transition. We have been praying for clarity and for open doors regarding whether to wait for a new role to be created within his current company or to leave to find a new company, and that God would make His will and His best path unmistakably clear. We remember your heart cry that he is at the breaking point after enduring many trials, pain, setbacks and spiritual pressure, and we have asked the Lord to guard his mind and heart, to renew his mind, to heal him from diabetes and high blood pressure and from the deep hurts caused by words spoken and bad experiences, and to restore his strength and hope.
We stand on the promises that His plans are to prosper us and not to bring harm as written in Jer 29:11, that as we ask and seek and knock the door will be opened as in Matt 7:7, that His Word is a lamp unto our feet as in Psalm 119:105, and that those who wait on the Lord will renew their strength and mount up with wings like eagles as in Isa 40:31. We pray that the Holy Spirit would guide him to see that what seems impossible is possible with God, that He would shield you both from lies and attacks from the enemy, put a hedge of protection through the blood of Jesus over your health, finances, relationships and extended families, make your feet stand firm like the deer and align your household to serve Him.
We pray together in Jesus Name for His grace, mercy and favor to turn this season around in His perfect timing, to grant your husband complete healing, peace and joy, to renew his strength and to direct your steps and make a way where there seems to be no way.
