We hear your cry for guidance and breakthrough, and we join you in lifting these concerns before the throne of grace. First, we must address the way you referenced the "God within me, above me, and around me." While it is true that God is omnipresent, Scripture is clear that we must approach Him through Jesus Christ, the only mediator between God and man. There is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). Jesus Himself said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me" (John 14:6 WEB). We must ensure that our prayers are directed to the one true God, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, not to a vague or impersonal force.

We also want to gently rebuke the idea of seeking financial breakthrough as an end in itself. While God does care about our needs, our primary purpose is to glorify Him and advance His kingdom. Jesus warned, "For what does it profit a man to gain the whole world, and forfeit his life?" (Mark 8:36 WEB). True prosperity comes from seeking first God’s kingdom and His righteousness (Matthew 6:33). We encourage you to examine whether your business pursuits align with biblical principles, honesty, integrity, and service to others.

That said, we stand with you in prayer for clarity, direction, and provision. The Lord has a purpose for your life, and He promises to guide you if you seek Him with all your heart. "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight" (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB). Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, acknowledging You as the one true God. We lift up this dear one who is seeking Your will and purpose. Lord, forgive any misplaced focus or reliance on anything other than You. Renew their mind and spirit, reminding them of the calling You have placed on their life. Guide them back to the path You have set before them, and let Your Holy Spirit lead them in every decision.

Father, we ask for breakthrough in their businesses, not for selfish gain, but so they may be a blessing to others and a testimony of Your faithfulness. Provide the sales, opportunities, and resources needed to fulfill the vision You’ve given them. Give them wisdom in managing finances, that they may walk in stability and generosity. Protect their heart from greed or impatience, and let them always remember that their true treasure is in heaven.

Lord, we declare that no weapon formed against them or their family shall prosper. We plead the blood of Jesus over their household, covering them in Your protection and peace. Help them to remain grateful in every season, trusting You even when the way is unclear. Strengthen their faith to keep pushing forward, knowing that You are with them.

We ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We encourage you to spend time in God’s Word, allowing Him to speak to you about your purpose. Consider fasting and prayer to seek His face more deeply. If there are areas where you’ve strayed from biblical principles, whether in business practices, relationships, or priorities, repent and realign with His will. The Lord is faithful, and He will complete the good work He has begun in you (Philippians 1:6). Keep pressing forward, and trust that He will open the right doors at the right time.

We hear your heart’s cry to get back on the path you know, and we’re grateful you’ve reached out. Running a business carries its own kind of loneliness, and right now you sound weary, not just from the work, but from the inner pull to remember why you’re doing it all. That longing for purpose is something God Himself planted in you, and He hasn’t forgotten it.

A practical thing we’d gently suggest: as you pray for a breakthrough, look for someone you trust, maybe a mature believer who understands business, to walk alongside you. Sometimes the clarity we’re desperate for comes not in a single divine download, but through the steady counsel of people who can see our blind spots and help us take wise, concrete steps. And if financial pressure is mounting, a Christian financial advisor or even a small-business mentor through your church might help you steward what God has given you with fresh perspective.

We’re praying with you now:

Lord, we lift up this person who is reaching for You again. You see the burden they carry for their businesses and their family. Guide them in the quiet moments, not with a rush of sales alone, but with the deep assurance that their worth is secure in You. Protect their family, calm their anxious thoughts, and open doors no one can shut. Most of all, stir again in their heart the simple joy of walking with You, not just working for You. In Jesus’ name, amen.

You speak of a god within you, above you, and around you, but this is not the language of Holy Scripture. The true and living God sits upon the throne of the universe; He is not a diffused essence of your own being. What a terrible error to confound the Creator with the creature! I bid you, turn from this vague pantheism and know the Lord Jehovah, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who alone is God. You have strayed from what you know: then come back to the God who reveals Himself, not within as some mystic spark, but above you in majesty, and before you in the person of His dear Son.

You cry out for guidance, for a remembrance of your purpose, for a great breakthrough in your business dealings. But what is the true business of a soul redeemed? Is it to amass sales, to see every new drop vanish in a flurry of profit? If a man succeeds in amassing wealth, it is a poor success indeed. The muckrake gathers, and then the fork scatters. Your first business, your Father’s business, is to be cleansed from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God. You ask for a path and a purpose; here it is, set before you plainly: to teach transgressors God’s ways, that sinners may be converted unto Him. This is the life-business of every believer. If you make your own business God’s business, then you shall do your business well, and be useful in your day.

You plead for financial freedom and stability, for sales upon sales. But bow in submission to the will of God, for by that very act you are furnished with unerring guidance. Do you think the divine purpose is that you should be a mere money-making machine, toiling for that which perishes? Our Lord’s own business did not bring Him a coin to rub against another; it brought Him a cross, ploughed His back with gory furrows, and pricked His brow with a thorn crown. Yet it was His Father’s business, and He was successful in it beyond all measure. His purpose was so set, so full, that He would have died a thousand deaths rather than abandon it. And what was that purpose? The salvation of souls.

You see, you have put the secondary before the primary. You want a breakthrough in your business to reach a goal, but you have forgotten that the great purpose of the eternal mind is unchanging, and history is but the unfolding of that one design. “He is in one mind, and who can turn him?” Your frantic haste is the author of much mischief. Nothing in your life happens by chance; every event, even a slow season or a silent shop, answers the purpose of His will. Perhaps your prayer for a thousand sales, if it were more earnest about eternal things, might be answered with a thousand souls converted. Why not?

I charge you to go into your counting-house and sit down with pen in hand, and under the Holy Spirit’s guidance calculate truthfully. Count up your gains in the light of the cross. See whether you have been seeking the world’s applause, which measures morality by success, or whether you have perfected holiness in the fear of God. If you are cheating, if you can lie in your daily life, there is scope enough for such filthiness outside the Church, why bring it where it is not wanted? Let us cleanse ourselves. The first business is to believe in Jesus.

If your heart is truly set upon God, then make your business your Father’s business. That prosperous trade you desire would be a delightful thing if it were a platform for the Gospel. If you were to retire from the love of gain and go about preaching Christ, it would be the grandest work. If you must remain at your post, then stand behind the counter all active for Jesus, your eyes wide open for opportunities to save some. But you cannot serve two masters. Seek first the kingdom of God, and all these things shall be added unto you. The sure result of His guidance is this: “Thou shalt afterward receive me to glory.” Not a shop full of sold-out goods, but a soul full of grace, received into everlasting habitations.

Pray then for a great purpose to saturate your whole soul. Pray that you might weep for the souls of the perishing as our Lord wept over Jerusalem. You will be successful, but it shall be in the divine way, not the earth’s shallow hurrahs, but the Father’s “Well done.” What His soul desireth, that He doeth. He can bring in the sales if it serves His one great aim. But oh, be about your Father’s business, for it is sweet employment. That is the breakthrough, the freedom, the stability you truly need. I say unto you, ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You speak of "the God within you, above you, and around you," but take care you do not fashion a god after your own desires. The true God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, is not a diffused spirit permeating all things, but the one who “is God that justifieth” and who has revealed Himself decisively in the flesh of His Son. And that Son did not come to confirm our own plans, but to purchase our salvation by His cross. “For ye are bought with a price,” the Apostle says, meaning the cross. Think, therefore, of the purpose of that cross when you pray.

You say you have strayed from what you know and ask to be guided back to your purpose. This is a right impulse, for our whole life in this age should be one of action, not indolence. But the purpose He sent you here for is not to be found in a breakthrough of sales or a sudden flood of customers. God has placed us here to labor according to His will, living as strangers who have no abiding city upon earth. Your true purpose is to pursue virtue, which “bestows the true freedom” and can make a person wealthier than the rich even while they remain poor. If you seek this freedom, quench the passions: anger, pride, and the lust for gain. The cross you invoke is the very sign by which we put these to death.

You pray for financial freedom and stability, for both businesses to have a breakthrough so you might reach your goal. But hear how dangerous such prayers can be when the goal is our own boasting. “With how many afflictions hath He encompassed us, so as to cut away our proud spirit!... if thou ever attain a little success, thou reachest to Heaven itself in pride.” Do you not see the snare? You ask for sales after sales, to sell out every new creation as soon as you drop it, to keep going and pushing. But what shall it profit you to gain the whole world’s commerce and lose the freedom of your own soul? True wealth is not found in a full storehouse but in a soul filled with courage and emptied of servile fear. “When thou signest thyself,” when you recall the price of His blood, make your soul free, and you will be a slave to no man, least of all to the uncertainty of business.

I do not say these things to wound you without cause, but because real love speaks with freedom. “We discourse unto you on all points with freedom as unto persons beloved, and suppressing nothing.” It is because I desire your household to become a church, where Christ and the angels enter, that I must correct what is misplaced. If your home and your endeavors become a theatre for profit alone, the devil is not put to flight. But if virtue becomes your study, then, though you remain a trader, you will be more honorable than those who live without constraint.

Pray, then, but pray thus: ask for the wisdom to order your life and your household after His commandments. Seek first the freedom from sin, for “if the Son shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.” Ask that your business be a place where you and those with you may exhort one another to virtue, using the intimacy of daily commerce to reprove and encourage. And as for being wrapped in His blood, do not merely say the words; understand that this blood is the price paid for your sins. Let that thought quench every inordinate desire. Christ will indeed guide you, but His path leads not to a temporary breakthrough of merchandise, but to the eternal stability of a soul anchored in His will. Commit your work to Him, but let the fruit you seek be freedom from pride and the quiet confidence that comes from godliness.

The very restlessness you feel is proof that your soul was made for something more than just the next sale or a bank balance that finally feels secure. That ache for purpose is not a sign that you have ruined God’s plan; it is the echo of His Spirit calling you back to the true reason you were created. You were not made merely to build a business under the sun. You were made for fellowship with God, and real life is found only in His Son. Trying to find your ultimate meaning in a breakthrough, even a good one, will leave you just as empty as the wealthiest king who ever lived, who tried it all and called it a chase after the wind. Life apart from Christ is a shadow, and it is good that you are no longer content with shadows.

You asked for guidance to remember your purpose. That purpose is not a secret God is hiding from you. His goal is to conform you into the image of Jesus Christ, to let His love, grace, and kindness flow through you to a watching world. Your business is a platform, not the point. So bring your need for financial stability to Him, yes, but stop making a sales pitch in your prayers as if you have to convince God to see things your way or offer Him a deal. Lay your desires before Him, then ask Him to align your heart with His will. Seek His righteousness first in every deal and transaction. The labor of the righteous tends toward life. Be square, upright, and honest even when it seems costly, because a good name and a clear conscience are the fruit of a life rooted in Christ.

You know you have stirred away from what you know. That old life, with its fleshly drives and frantic grasping, has been put out of business. When you were born again, God set you apart for His exclusive use. That flare-up of anxiety about your new drops selling out, that driving hunger for a big breakthrough, reckon that as belonging to the old life that was crucified with Christ. You are not a slave to that fear anymore. Your body and your efforts belong to Him now, and your single, consuming desire can become this: that Christ would be glorified in your body, whether through plenty or through a season of testing. The season of testing is not happenstance. God makes everything beautiful in its time, and He is using these pressures to develop a character in you that wealth could never produce.

There is a life in the Son that is an overflowing cup, righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit. That is the life you were apprehended to live, and God has not finished His work in you. Do not fight the process by demanding immediate relief. Yield to His hand. He knows what is best for you. A heart that is perfect toward Him will find Him to be a present help, and you will see His resources channeled through you, for His glory. Your family is safe wrapped in His care, not because you prayed a certain phrase, but because you are hidden in Christ. Let that truth free you to run your race with endurance, keeping your eyes on the prize of knowing Him, not on the sales counter. He who has the Son has life, real, age-abiding life, and nothing else can substitute for that.
