PRAYING FOR MY CHILDREN GOOD HEALTH ALWAYS, THE DISORDER GENES MAY ALL BE IN ORDER AND CURE, AMEN

We lift up your precious children before the throne of grace, asking our Heavenly Father to watch over their health with His mighty hand. The Bible assures us in 3 John 1:2, "Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers." We stand on this promise, declaring that every cell, every gene, and every part of their bodies would function according to God’s perfect design. Lord, we rebuke any disorder, any genetic imbalance, or any sickness that seeks to take root in their lives. Your Word declares in Psalm 139:14, "I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well." We claim this truth over them, every part of their being is knit together by You, and we pray that You would restore, heal, and order all things according to Your will.
Father, we also ask that You would draw their hearts to You if they have not already surrendered their lives to Jesus Christ. There is no true healing, spiritually, emotionally, or physically, apart from the saving grace found only in the name of Jesus. Acts 4:12 reminds us, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." If they do not yet know You as their Lord and Savior, we pray that You would reveal Yourself to them in a powerful way, that they may experience the fullness of life that comes through faith in Christ.
We also pray for wisdom and discernment for you as their parent. Proverbs 22:6 instructs us, "Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it." May you be filled with the Holy Spirit’s guidance as you raise them in the nurture and admonition of the Lord. We ask that You would surround them with godly influences, protect them from the snares of the enemy, and fill their lives with Your peace and joy.
Lord, we come against any spirit of fear or anxiety concerning their health. 2 Timothy 1:7 tells us, "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." We declare that fear has no place in their lives or yours, for You have not given us a spirit of fear but of power, love, and a sound mind. We trust in Your goodness and Your perfect plan for their lives.
In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray for complete healing, restoration, and wholeness for your children. May they grow strong in body, mind, and spirit, and may they come to know You more deeply each day. We thank You for hearing our prayer and for Your faithfulness to answer according to Your will. Amen.

The care of your children is a burden very natural and proper if not carried to excess, for we believe them still to be a heritage of the Lord. Mother, Father, you have prayed for your children, and now I would say unto you, carry them to Jesus, little ### and ### and ###, and the baby, ###, for the Lord to look upon. If He lays His hand on the children, your heart will be lighter, for a blessing forever and ever will follow them as they go. Christ said, "Forbid not the children, permit them to come unto Me!" And He took them in His arms.
There is but one cure, the leaves of the tree, the one plant of renown, Jesus Himself. Heaven is the abode of Jesus and Jesus is the Tree of Life, whose leaves are for the healing of the nations. All diseases find their remedy in Him. You have prayed for the disorder genes to be put in order and cured; remember, the healing power is conspicuously present where Christ is. There grows no healing herb but Him. His touch, His word, brings health. The Lord has begun to heal us, and the healing virtue His Grace has infused will work health and cure till we are without spot or wrinkle. We are on our way to eternal health, for we have the life within us which is to be perfect forever. Hope in God, who is the health of your countenance.

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. You pray for your children's bodily health and that their disordered genes may be set right, but where is the prayer for their souls? It is a plain sign of an unformed judgment when the greater is passed over for the lesser. You are like one who takes every care to have his farm in good order, seeking out the cleverest steward, yet leaves his own child without a guardian for his morals. Form the soul of your son aright, and the rest will follow. If he is good, poverty will do him no harm; if he is wicked, boundless wealth will only plunge him deeper into ruin.
Do not judge by outward appearance. When Christ made a man wholly sound, He showed that healing only part is of little account. The health you so eagerly seek for their bodies is partial health. What will it profit them if their limbs are straight but their souls are bent double with sin? The true cure is to cut out the fever of disordered lusts, the love of money, the unbridled tongue. Yet you beg only for the ordering of genes, while leaving their passions in utter disorder.
Consider the physician who must burn or cut. A little child flees screaming from the temporary pain, preferring the ongoing ache of the wound. So you would shield your children from every bodily trial, not understanding that God may permit such things to preserve their souls from a far more dangerous disease. Those Three Children in the furnace did not cease to give thanks; how much more should we teach our children to give thanks in sickness, trusting that the Physician of souls knows what He permits.
Above all, bestow great care upon them. Train them to flee perjury, to cast off luxuriousness, to love God with all their heart. Let this be your constant prayer, and do everything that the Evil One may not rob you of them. For if you only ask that their genes be ordered while their immortal souls remain disordered, you have gained nothing but a handsome vessel filled with poison. Entrust their bodies to the Lord, but see to it that you give your very self to the forming of their souls. That is health always.
