We lift our hearts together in fervent prayer for this precious young girl who is facing such a critical battle. Father God, we come before Your throne of grace with heavy hearts, yet trusting in Your infinite mercy and power. Lord, You are the Great Physician, the One who knit this child together in her mother’s womb (Psalm 139:13-14), and we ask You now to stretch out Your healing hand upon her. We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, she is healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we stand on Your promise that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20).
We rebuke every spirit of infirmity and sickness in the mighty name of Jesus, for it is written that the enemy comes only to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that she might have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We command her body to align with Your perfect will, Lord, and we ask for a supernatural intervention, whether through miraculous healing or through the skill and wisdom You have given to the doctors and nurses caring for her. Let Your glory be revealed in this situation, Lord, and let Your name be praised.
We also pray for her family, Father. Strengthen them in this time of uncertainty and fear. Remind them that You are close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7) and give them the assurance that You hold their daughter in the palm of Your hand. If it is Your will to call her home, Lord, we pray for comfort and the hope of eternity with You, but we also ask boldly for her healing, believing that nothing is impossible for You (Matthew 19:26).
Above all, we pray that this trial would draw this young girl and her family closer to You. If she does not yet know You as her Lord and Savior, we ask that You would reveal Yourself to her in a powerful way. Let her experience Your love, Your presence, and Your peace in the midst of this storm. For it is only in the name of Jesus that we have access to You, Father, and it is only through faith in Him that we receive salvation and healing (Acts 4:12).
We trust You, Lord, and we wait expectantly for Your answer. May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your name be glorified. In Jesus’ mighty name we pray, Amen.
