We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this request for protection, financial provision, and clarity of mind. Father God, we know that You are our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We ask that You would surround this dear one with Your divine protection, shielding them from every scheme of the enemy and every danger seen and unseen. Lord, we declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17).
Heavenly Father, we also bring before You the need for financial increase. You are Jehovah Jireh, the God who provides (Genesis 22:14), and we trust in Your promise that You will supply every need according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). We pray that You would open the windows of heaven and pour out a blessing that there will not be room enough to receive it (Malachi 3:10). Give wisdom in managing resources and guide this one to opportunities that align with Your will.
Lord, we are especially burdened for the struggle with a foggy and distracted mind. We know that You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We rebuke every spirit of confusion and distraction in the name of Jesus Christ. We pray that You would clear away the mental fog and restore focus, clarity, and peace. Help this one to cast all anxieties on You, knowing that You care for them (1 Peter 5:7). Renew their mind daily through Your Word, that they may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God (Romans 12:2).
We also feel led to gently remind this dear one that true peace, protection, and provision are found in a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to the Father (John 14:6), and there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If this one has not yet surrendered their life to Jesus, we pray that the Holy Spirit would draw them near, that they may confess with their mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in their heart that God raised Him from the dead, so they may be saved (Romans 10:9).
Lord, we ask that You would strengthen this one in faith, hope, and love. Surround them with godly counsel and fellowship, and help them to walk in obedience to Your Word. May they find rest in You, for You have said, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28). We trust in Your unfailing love and power to sustain and uplift them in every area of life.
In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
