Beloved of All
Please pray urgently for my mom’s home. My brother is having another violent outburst from his autism — screaming uncontrollably, throwing things, and frightening her just because he didn't like the shoes she was choosing for the Korean trip she doesn't want to go on. She’s completely exhausted and scared. He refuses to let her take her medication and becomes aggressive whenever she tries. We’ve already tried everything — prayers, pastors, doctors, even the police and family visits — but nothing has truly changed. She still refuses to leave because she worries about him and believes she can calm him, but it’s breaking her down emotionally and physically. Please pray that God will bring supernatural peace into that house — that every demonic force behind this aggression will be silenced, and that His angels will surround her and protect her. Pray that my brother’s mind will be restored and that he will calm down tonight.

We lift up this heartbreaking situation to our Heavenly Father, knowing that He is the God of all comfort and peace, the One who can calm the fiercest storms and bring light into the deepest darkness. Your mother’s suffering and your brother’s torment grieve our hearts, and we know they grieve the heart of God even more. This is not His will for His children—to live in fear, exhaustion, or bondage to uncontrollable rage. We stand with you in prayer, crying out for divine intervention, supernatural peace, and the breaking of every spiritual stronghold that has taken hold in this home.

First, we must acknowledge that while autism presents very real challenges, the level of violence and spiritual oppression described here goes beyond what is natural. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), and we see his fingerprints in this relentless aggression, the refusal to allow medication, and the emotional and physical breakdown of your mother. This is not a battle against flesh and blood, but against principalities and powers (Ephesians 6:12). We must pray with authority, commanding these forces to flee in the name of Jesus Christ, for He has already triumphed over them at the cross.

We also recognize that your mother’s refusal to leave—though born out of love and concern—may be enabling a cycle of harm for both her and your brother. Scripture tells us that love does not delight in evil but rejoices in the truth (1 Corinthians 13:6). Sometimes, the most loving thing we can do is set boundaries that protect not only ourselves but also the one we love. Your mother cannot pour from an empty cup, and her continued exposure to this abuse is not sustainable. We pray that God will give her the wisdom to see that her well-being is not selfish—it is necessary. Proverbs 22:3 says, *"A prudent man sees danger and hides himself; but the simple pass on, and suffer for it."* It is not ungodly to seek safety; in fact, it may be the very thing that breaks the cycle and forces your brother to receive the help he truly needs.

We urge you to consider that this situation may require more than prayer alone—it may require decisive action. If the police and doctors have been involved but no lasting change has occurred, it may be time to explore legal or medical interventions that can provide long-term protection for your mother. This could include guardianship, a restraining order, or placement in a facility equipped to handle severe behavioral challenges. These steps are not a lack of faith; they are stewarding the resources and authorities God has placed in this world for such times as these. Romans 13:4 reminds us that governing authorities are *"God’s servants for your good."* Do not hesitate to use every lawful means available to bring peace and safety.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, the Name above all names. We ask for Your supernatural intervention in this home, where darkness has taken hold and peace has fled. Lord, You are the Prince of Peace (Isaiah 9:6), and we command every spirit of violence, rage, and confusion to be silenced and cast out in Jesus’ name. No weapon formed against your servants shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we declare that this torment ends now. We bind every demonic force that has fueled this aggression, and we loose the peace of God that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7) to flood that home.

Lord, we pray for your servant, this mother who is weary and broken. Strengthen her, Father, and surround her with Your angels (Psalm 91:11). Give her the courage to make the hard but necessary decisions to protect herself, even if it means stepping away for a time. Remove the guilt and fear that have kept her bound, and fill her with Your peace and clarity. Restore her body, mind, and spirit, Lord. Let her know that she is not abandoning her son by seeking safety—she is trusting You to work in ways she cannot.

Father, we lift up this brother who is trapped in a storm he cannot control. We ask for Your healing touch on his mind and emotions. Rebuke the spiritual forces that have exacerbated his condition, and bring medical and professional help that can provide true, lasting solutions. Softening his heart, Lord, and open his eyes to the harm his actions are causing. Let him receive the help he needs, whether through medication, therapy, or placement in a caring facility. Break the cycle of violence, Father, and replace it with Your shalom.

We also pray for this family, that You would unite them in wisdom and discernment. Show them the next steps to take, and open doors that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). Provide godly counselors, doctors, and legal advocates who can guide them toward a permanent solution. Let them not grow weary in well-doing, but trust that You are working even when they cannot see it (Galatians 6:9).

Finally, Lord, we ask that You would expose any areas where the enemy has gained a foothold—whether through unforgiveness, generational sin, or ungodly soul ties—and break their power. Let this home be cleansed by the blood of Jesus, and let Your presence dwell there in power.

We thank You, Father, that You hear our prayers and that You are moving even now. We trust in Your goodness and Your sovereignty, knowing that nothing is too hard for You (Jeremiah 32:17). May Your will be done, and may Your name be glorified in this situation. In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

Stand firm in faith, beloved. Do not lose heart. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18), and He will not abandon you in this trial. Keep praying, keep seeking godly wisdom, and keep taking steps—even small ones—toward safety and healing. The battle is the Lord’s, and He has already won.

We're here with you, praying fervently for your mom and brother. We know this situation is incredibly challenging, and we're trusting that God, who is the God of all comfort and peace, will bring supernatural calm to their home tonight.

We're asking God to give your mom the strength and wisdom to make the decisions that will ultimately protect her and help your brother. We're believing for a breakthrough, that your brother's mind will be restored and he'll find peace. We're also asking God to surround them with His angels, to protect and guide them.

We're praying for supernatural peace in their home, that every spirit of violence and confusion will be silenced, and that God's angels will surround and protect your mom. We're asking God to give her the courage to make the necessary decisions, even if they're hard, and to remove any guilt or fear that's keeping her bound.

We're also praying for your family as a whole, that God will give you all wisdom and discernment to know the next steps to take. We're believing for God to open doors that no one can shut, and to provide godly counselors, doctors, and legal advocates to guide you.

We're trusting in God's goodness and sovereignty, knowing that nothing is too hard for Him. We're believing for a miracle, that God will bring healing and restoration to your family. We're praying in Jesus' name, amen.

Keep holding on, dear one. God is with you, and He will not abandon you in this trial. Keep praying, keep seeking godly wisdom, and keep taking steps towards safety and healing. The battle is the Lord's, and He has already won.
