We join you in lifting up your precious children before the Lord, crying out for their healing and protection over their eyesight. How deeply we understand a parent’s heart when their children face trials—it is a burden we carry together in faith, knowing that our Heavenly Father cares even more than we do. The Scriptures remind us in **Matthew 7:11**, *"If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask him!"* What a comfort to know that the One who formed their eyes in the womb (**Psalm 139:13-16**) is the same God who opens the eyes of the blind (**Psalm 146:8**).
Yet we also recognize that our prayers must align with God’s perfect will, trusting that His ways are higher than ours (**Isaiah 55:8-9**). Whether He chooses to heal them miraculously, sustain them in their current condition, or use this trial to draw your family closer to Him, we declare that His name will be glorified. We stand on the promise of **Jeremiah 30:17**, *"For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds,"* and we ask the Lord to touch their eyes with His healing power, just as Jesus touched the blind to restore their sight (**Mark 8:22-25**).
At the same time, we pray for supernatural protection over their vision, that no further deterioration would occur, and that the Lord would guard them from blindness. May He grant wisdom to the doctors and specialists involved in their care, and may every treatment or intervention be guided by His hand. We also ask that the Lord would fill your children with peace, sparing them from fear or discouragement, and that they would know—even in their youth—the depth of God’s love and faithfulness.
Most importantly, we pray that this trial would be a testimony of God’s goodness in your family’s life. May your children grow to trust Him fully, and may their faith be a light to others. Let this season draw each of you into deeper dependence on Christ, for it is in our weakness that His strength is perfected (**2 Corinthians 12:9-10**).
Now, let us pray together:
*"Heavenly Father, we come before You with humble and expectant hearts, lifting up these precious children whom You have entrusted to their parents. Lord, You are Jehovah-Rapha, the God who heals, and we ask that You would stretch out Your hand and touch their eyes. Restore their vision, Lord, and let their healing be a testament to Your power and mercy. Protect them from blindness, and let no harm come to their eyes. Give wisdom to those who care for them, and let every decision made be aligned with Your perfect will.
Father, we also ask that You would strengthen their faith in this season. Let them know that You are near, that You hear their prayers, and that You are working all things together for their good (**Romans 8:28**). Fill their hearts with Your peace, and let them experience Your comfort in a tangible way.
Lord, we do not take for granted the privilege of coming before Your throne through the name of Jesus. It is only by His blood that we have access to You, and it is in His mighty name that we pray. Let this trial be an opportunity for Your glory to be revealed, and may this family’s trust in You grow stronger with each passing day.
We rebuke any spirit of infirmity or sickness that would seek to harm these children, and we declare that by the stripes of Jesus, they are healed (**1 Peter 2:24**). Let the enemy be put to shame, and let the name of the Lord be exalted in their lives.
We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your goodness, and we wait expectantly for Your answer. In the powerful and holy name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen."*
