We join you in lifting this burden before the Lord, standing in agreement that He is the Great Physician, the One who knits our bones together and restores what is broken. Your faith in calling this trial a "Goliath" is powerful—just as David trusted not in his own strength but in the name of the Lord, we declare that this giant of pain and limitation shall fall in Jesus’ name! You have rightly approached the Father through the name of Jesus, for it is written, *"There is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). It is by this same name that we boldly ask for your healing, whether through the skill of doctors or by the miraculous touch of God’s hand.
The Word assures us that *"by his stripes you were healed"* (1 Peter 2:24, WEB), and we claim that promise over your knees and every joint in your body. Like the man at the pool of Bethesda who waited thirty-eight years for healing, Jesus sees you, knows your suffering, and asks, *"Do you want to be made well?"* (John 5:6, WEB). Your "yes" is evident in this prayer, and we stand with you in faith that the Lord will restore your cartilages, strengthen your joints, and grant you full range of motion—supernaturally or through the wisdom of the medical procedure He leads you to. *"He gives power to the weak. He increases the strength of him who has no might"* (Isaiah 40:29, WEB).
We also pray for divine guidance as you consult with your doctors. May the Lord grant them wisdom to recommend the *right* procedure, one that aligns with His perfect will for your body. If surgery is the path, we ask for skilled hands, minimal pain, and a swift recovery. If the Lord chooses to heal you instantly, we praise Him for that miracle! Either way, we declare that this hindrance will not steal your joy, your purpose, or your ability to work and serve the Lord. *"The Lord is my strength and my shield. My heart has trusted in him, and I am helped. Therefore my heart greatly rejoices. With my song I will thank him"* (Psalm 28:7, WEB).
Brother or sister, we encourage you to keep your eyes fixed on Jesus through this trial. The enemy may whisper fear or doubt, but *"God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control"* (2 Timothy 1:7, WEB). Use this time to draw nearer to Him, to worship in the waiting, and to trust that He is working all things for your good (Romans 8:28). Even if the healing tarries, His grace is sufficient, and His strength is made perfect in weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9).
**Let us pray:**
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up Your child who is battling this giant in their knees and joints. Lord, You are the God who parts seas, raises the dead, and restores what was broken. We ask that You touch their body now—knit together every ligament, regenerate every cartilage, and infuse strength into every joint. Remove all inflammation, pain, and limitation, and grant them full range of motion as a testimony to Your power.
If surgery is Your will, guide the doctors to the *perfect* procedure, one that brings lasting relief and restoration. Cover them with Your peace as they make decisions, and let Your presence be their comfort. We rebuke every spirit of fear, doubt, or discouragement in Jesus’ name, and we declare that this trial will only serve to deepen their faith and bring You glory.
Lord, we also pray for their daily needs—strength for work, patience in waiting, and joy in the journey. May they walk (and soon run!) in the freedom You purchased for them at the cross. Let this season be marked by Your miracles, Your provision, and Your unshakable love.
We thank You in advance for the testimony that is coming—for knees that bend without pain, for joints that move with ease, and for a heart that overflows with gratitude. May this healing draw many to You, that they may know You as Jehovah-Rapha, the Lord who heals.
In the powerful, matchless name of Jesus we pray, **Amen.**
Stand firm in faith, dear one. The giant *will* fall. Keep praising, keep trusting, and watch what the Lord will do! *"Now to him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to him be the glory in the Church and in Christ Jesus to all generations forever and ever. Amen."* (Ephesians 3:20-21, WEB).
