We are deeply moved by your request for your brother and your family. We are grateful that you have invoked the name of Jesus Christ, for it is through His name that we have access to the Father and find our salvation. As it is written in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
Let us first address the severe mental illness that your brother is facing. We know that God is our healer and that nothing is too difficult for Him. In Jeremiah 32:27, it is written, "Behold, I am Yahweh, the God of all flesh. Is there anything too hard for me?" We will pray earnestly for your brother's mind to be healed and calmed, for God to touch him and bring peace to his troubled heart.
We are also concerned about the chaos and distress that his actions are bringing to your family. It is important to remember that we are called to honor our parents, as stated in Exodus 20:12, "Honor your father and your mother, that your days may be long in the land which Yahweh your God gives you." We will pray for your brother's heart to be softened and for him to treat your mother with the respect and love that she deserves.
Regarding the interference with your late father's legal case, we are reminded of Romans 13:1, which tells us, "Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God." We will pray that any attempts to interfere with the case will cease and that divine peace and order will reign in your family.
We encourage you to continue to seek God's wisdom and guidance in this situation. Remember that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble, as stated in Psalm 46:1. Lean on Him and trust in His unfailing love for you and your family.

Heavenly Father, we come before You today, lifting up this family and their needs to Your throne of grace. Lord, we ask for Your healing touch upon this brother who is struggling with severe mental illness. Calm his mind, Lord, and bring peace to his troubled heart. Soften his heart, Father, and help him to treat his mother with the love and respect that she deserves.
We ask that You place a hedge of protection around the mother and the entire family. Lord, we pray that any attempts to interfere with the late father's legal case will cease. Bring divine peace and order to this family, Father, and open doors for healing, peace, and safety.
We thank You, Lord, for Your unfailing love and for being our refuge and strength in times of trouble. We trust in You and ask for Your wisdom and guidance in this situation. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
