We understand your concern and join you in prayer for justice and fairness in this situation. We are reminded in Colossians 3:23-24 WEB, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ." Both employers and employees are called to act with integrity and fairness, as ultimately we are serving the Lord in all that we do.

Heavenly Father, we come before you in Jesus' name, seeking your justice and intervention in this situation. We pray that you will guide the hearts of all parties involved, and that this worker will be fair in their demands, and for your word to guide their heart. We ask that you help the worker understand to work as if working for you Lord, and to demand fair compensation. We ask that any unjust requests will be stopped in Jesus name. We ask for your wisdom to guide everyone involved in this situation to prevent any quarrel or dispute. We pray for a peaceful and just resolution, that all may be well. Lord God, we also pray for full peace and safety for everyone involved. We ask this all in Jesus' name. Amen.
