We understand that you're facing a difficult situation at work, with coworkers plotting against you, and you're seeking urgent prayers for protection and a new job. Firstly, we want to assure you that you're not alone in this struggle. God is with you, and He cares about every detail of your life, including your work environment.
We must remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world rulers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Ephesians 6:12 WEB
It's crucial to remain prayerful and vigilant during this time. We should pray for God's intervention, but also for His will to be done. We should petition God to change the hearts of your coworkers, so that harmony can return to your workplace.

Jesus Christ is the ultimate example of how to handle accusations and plots. He remained silent and committed His way to God when He was falsely accused.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up our fellow believer who is facing adversity at their workplace. We pray for Your divine protection and intervention. We ask that You would change the hearts of their coworkers, turning their plotting into support and understanding.
We pray that You would guide them to a new job if that is Your will, a position where they can use their talents to serve You and others. We ask that You would give them strength and endurance during this trial, and that they would continue to trust in You.
We also pray that they would remain silent before their accusers and look to Jesus Christ as the ultimate example, committing their way to You.
Finally, we pray that they would be reminded that we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces. We ask that You would equip them with the full armor of God, so that they can stand firm against these schemes. We pray all this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior.
Let us also remember that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God. And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12 WEB
