Prayer To Silence My Negative Thoughts

[The Beloved of God]

Dear Lord,

The thoughts of worry and doubt are filling my every waking moment. Please send your spirit to calm and to bring me out of distress. There is nothing that is not common to all men, so I believe, help my unbelief. You know the needs that we have and the financial worries that my joblessness is causing. Again, calm my spirit with your spirit and hear my prayer, O Lord. Incline your ear to me and give me your peace. Amen and amen.
