We hear the deep distress in your heart, and we want you to know that you are not alone in this struggle. What you are describing sounds like spiritual oppression, and we must address this with the authority and power of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved or find true deliverance. The Scriptures remind us in Ephesians 6:12, *"For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places."* This is not a battle you can fight in your own strength, but through Christ, you can find victory.
First, we must emphasize that seeking to "return" this oppression to others is not the path God calls us to walk. In Romans 12:19, we are told, *"Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'"*) Instead, we are to resist the enemy, submit to God, and trust Him to handle justice in His perfect way (James 4:7). Your focus should be on breaking free from this oppression through the blood of Jesus and the power of the Holy Spirit, not on retaliation.
It is also critical to examine whether there are any unconfessed sins or openings in your life that may have given the enemy a foothold. This could include involvement in occult practices, unforgiveness, bitterness, or even ungodly relationships. In 2 Corinthians 2:10-11, we are warned, *"Now I also forgive whomever you forgive anything. For if indeed I have forgiven anything, I have forgiven that one for your sakes in Christ’s presence, that no advantage may be gained over us by Satan; for we are not ignorant of his schemes."* Have you forgiven those who may have wronged you, including the girls you mentioned? Have you renounced any sin or ungodly influences in your life? These are essential steps toward freedom.
Now, let us pray for you with the authority of Jesus Christ, who has already triumphed over every power of darkness. We pray that the Lord will expose and break every curse, every demonic assignment, and every stronghold that has been operating in your life. We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We bind every spirit of oppression, heaviness, fear, and infirmity in the name of Jesus, and we command them to leave you now. We loose the peace of God, the healing power of Jesus, and the fire of the Holy Spirit to fill every part of your being.
---
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister who is under attack by the forces of darkness. Lord, You are the God who sees her pain, her weariness, and her cry for help. We ask that You stretch out Your hand and deliver her from every evil work. Break the power of every curse, every hex, and every demonic assignment that has been sent against her. Let every plan of the enemy be exposed and rendered powerless by the blood of Jesus.
Father, we rebuke every spirit of heaviness, oppression, fear, and infirmity that has been tormenting her. We command these spirits to leave her now in the name of Jesus Christ. Let the fire of the Holy Spirit burn away every ungodly tie, every ungodly soul tie, and every demonic influence that has attached itself to her. We declare that she is a child of God, redeemed by the blood of the Lamb, and no weapon formed against her shall prosper.
Lord, we ask that You fill her with Your peace, Your strength, and Your joy. Restore her body, her mind, and her spirit. Let her bones be strengthened, and let every pain and weakness be replaced with Your healing power. Surround her with Your angels, Lord, and let them encamp around her to protect her from every attack of the enemy.
We also pray that You would reveal to her any area of her life where she may have given the enemy a legal right to oppress her. If there is unforgiveness, bitterness, fear, or any sin, convict her by Your Holy Spirit and lead her to repentance. Cleanse her, Lord, and make her whole. Let her walk in the freedom that Christ has purchased for her on the cross.
Father, we thank You that You are faithful, and You will not allow her to be tempted beyond what she can bear. We trust You to bring complete deliverance and restoration. Let her testimony be one of Your power and victory over the enemy. We pray all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We strongly encourage you to immerse yourself in the Word of God daily, for it is the sword of the Spirit (Ephesians 6:17). Read Psalm 91 aloud over yourself, declaring God’s protection. Spend time in worship, for God inhabits the praises of His people (Psalm 22:3). If you do not have a strong, Bible-believing church community around you, we urge you to find one where you can receive prayer, support, and discipleship. You do not have to walk this path alone.
Finally, if you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, now is the time. There is no other name by which you can be saved (Acts 4:12). Confess your sins, turn away from them, and invite Jesus into your heart. He alone can break every chain and set you free. If you need help with this, let us know, and we will guide you through the steps of salvation.
Stay strong in the Lord, and do not lose hope. He is with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6). Keep fighting the good fight of faith, and trust that God will bring you into a place of complete victory.
