Prayer to Restore My Marriage

[HOPE]

Lord,

I lift Kevin up to You again in prayer today. Let him use this time that he is without our daughter to examine what is really important in his life---what really matters when all is said and done. Please let him find little satisfaction in partying and drinking and all of the activities he is engaged in with friends and others who are seeking to destroy our marriage.

Speak to Kevin’s heart so that he longs for the family that he has lost and bring to his heart the desire to restore and renew that family once again. Release him from the confusion in his mind and his pursuit of worldly pleasure and set him free. Lord, I ask You to intercede on my behalf to reconcile what You joined together in Holy Matrimony in the past.

Remove the enemy from Kevin’s mind and heart.

Lord, I ask you to cast out, remove, loose, crush, destroy, tear down, and break away any and all outsiders and outside influences from my marriage that inhibit complete restoration.

Bring confusion into the affairs of Kevin and Stephanie so that they never see each other again. Bring someone into Stephanie’s life for her to focus on and have a proper relationship with….Speak to her heart to stop the damage she is causing to my family and our daughter with her involvement in our lives.

Speak to Kevin’s heart and mind and help him find the courage and motivation to take the steps that he needs to take legally to restore his family again so that mother, father and child can live together under one roof and create a happy and supportive home through Your Grace.

I claim the promises of Act 16:31 for myself and my family:

'Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved, you and your household.'

I want my family to be saved. Help me Lord. I want my family and my marriage and my home to be restored.

My dear friend Hope. I agree with your prayer. I stand with you as 2 or 3 gathered together. I repeat the prayer for Mike and Grace that God would intervene in their lives and remove Grace from Mikes life. I believe we are fighting a twin battle. you are in the same boat as me. I am having a hard time today. We will stand together as sisters for our Heavenly Father to comfort and help us and our families. God bless you sister. Karen
